Which came first. EoM? Or Nation? Ocilan Ardishapur? Or Sansha Kuvakei?
I may very well be totally overlooking something in the PF but I am having a very hard time answering this question. Anyone have any ideas?

Nevermind. Wasn't as difficult as I thought to some extent. Ocilan was around 5000 years ago, Sansha came up during the CalGal war. Though still looking for exact founding dates of both EoM and Nation.

There's no hard date on when both originated, something that's annoyed me for the Sansha.
The EVE wikia's time line puts the formation of the Nation around YC 7. I don't know if that's when Sansha first goes out to the lower regions or when he announces the birth of his Nation, though. His experiments are found in YC 37, so that may be the latter case instead of the former. ______

I am very fond of:
"However, other fragments remain from this period. Scorned by the religious leaders of the Amarr, they were long forgotten and almost vanished forever, if it weren't for the dedication of certain Amarrian historians who kept them intact and safe. These writings had a completely different message than the ones revered by the Followers of God. They were written in an almost chaotic manner, as if transcribed by a man beset by a mental illness. They tell of destruction and doom and the downfall of mankind as we know it, should the human race decide to remain within this new universe which had been forbidden to them by God himself. It warns all who read it that those who do not follow the path of the righteous will burn in the fiery depths of hell. Those who follow "the path of the righteous" in this case are those who aid in the reconstruction of the "pathway to heaven", a myth long forgotten or discounted by most scholars within the Eve universe. This path would lead to the salvation of mankind, and failure to ultimate doom. Those who choose to follow the path must commit every ounce of their energy to see their pledged fulfilled or risk eternal damnation."
I "agree" with this theological premise: the human race must reopen the "pathway to heaven" or be forever damned. At one point, I thought Kuvakei also wanted this, though I prefer your contention that a realized Nation would represent the predicted downfall of Man.
My alter ego contends that opening the "pathway to heaven" is in fact a trap that will destroy the civilization and advance the wheel of evolution, and he's all for it.

Unfortunately, the EoM-specific article directly contradicts the official Amarr pf timeline, since Amarr's first stargate travel occurred in 21290 AD (present year is 23349 ad) So the background is off somewhere around 3000 years. /facepalm

Well, what's 3000 years compared to flaming damnation for all eternity?
