Super carriers in lowsec are over powered basicly.
My first idea would be to basicly and simpley ban them from being able to enter lowsec. This would give normal carriers a use because right now if you use carriers then they will pretty much always get hotdropped by even just one or two super carriers which just devastate the standard carriers ofcourse they should but with supercarriers not in lowsec smaller entitys will be able to use their cap ships without fear of a cyno appearing and one or two super carriers appear and destroy everything.
My second idea would be to make the supercarrier more in the role of a heavy logistic ship but make them only able to deploy the fighter bombers so yes they will still be able to kill other cap ships but not be all that effective against smaller ships. I've had super caps being dropped on my bs gang during a reasonable fight where if you were pointed when they appered was garanted death which again just ruined the fight but with this change they would be able to drop the supercarrier and use its repping power because then it is not just an I win button but just adds another variable to a fight where obviously you would have to cap out the super or try and damage through its repping power.

1. Would make moving the damn things cross-cluster a right proper *****, so should be avoided if possible. 2. Would only "hurt" the pure SC swarms and does not actually solve anything, you still have a staggering amount of EHP, ECM Burst, Neuts, RR and immunity to contend with.
One change that 'solves' both is to treat them as neutral visiting warships like in the real world (no nukes in some EU countries for instance). - Remove immunity when visiting Empire (non-bubble tackle of more than one is hilariously arduous). - Remove ability to use fighter bombers when visiting Empire. Leaves them as proper super carriers with their massive brick EHP and 3x the drones/fighters .. should be enough to not make them utterly useless in Empire.

For low sec specifically, the removal of EW immunity and disabling the use of ECM burst/FB's would do the trick. That said they are overpowered in null sec too. In the event that you hadn't noticed, the bigger SC blob in null sec wins regardless of what else is present. Any time the only viable counter to something is more of the exact same thing, you've got a broken game mechanic.

I hada ship design in one of the websites they said was stupid and pointless. This was the design. it was a T3(cheaper is obviously better though) with cloak focus, with nothing but a massive speed(6k+) and smartbombs for weapons. Run that through all blobs. Cloak and attack as they move forward. you can suround them and kill them as they try to get to the enemy. AKA use distance and time to kill them. outtrick them. They should not be dominating if you use more thought out, and lets say dynamic, tactics. 8) They are weak!

basically, you will always get a nice surprise buttseks if you operate hear hostile forces, nothing new there. Its not even a special case about carriers/supercarriers, you should simply be careful where you do your business.

It is technically possible, but take a look at the EHP numbers involved. Fighter bombers have EHP like plated cruisers so would take a lot of smarties to do it unless the SC pilots are asleep.

they have bigger ships and kill me, is your argument for a supercarrier nerf? If somewhere are juicy killmails floating in space, there will be always gankers around. Accept that.

No the argument for a SC nerf would be that they are broken as hell, even SC abusers recognize this simple fact .. you been living in a cave the past six months or something?

no but im in alliance which is steamrolling everything over with supercaps recent months. Whatever, your problem is also with SC generally overpowered? Why a lowsec specific nerf then instead of a general nerf? I'm pretty sure there already a lot of threads in forums about this topic.

The thread is about SC in LS, so to start talking about general changes to balance them as a class makes no sense unless trying to derail or troll (which I leave in your capable hands).
