agree 100%, if i can't trust my skills to apply, I can't pee vee pee, wtf is the point of logging in ? CCP priorities are so ****ed right now ... meh

Doing missions is a bit different to PVP. Most lvl4's I can do with no ship skills applying, in fact the ships I often use for missions (Drake with Widowmakers for example) don't have any useful skill bonuses for PVE.
