Your character has repeatedly failed loading on the server. This indicates a fault and support personnel need to be notified. Please file a petition.
Apologies for the inconvenience... The EVE Dev Team.
I got that message when trying to log onto a char I made on the Singularity. He isn't the char that I play with on Tranquility.
Not sure what it means but it told me to file a petition so I did and they told me they can't assist with issues on SiSi.
So here I am Hopefully you guys can help fix whatever is wrong with it

same.
I've been on Sisi many times in the past but when trying to log in the last few days it has been frustrating. Updating my Sisi directory fails using all patching methods. Except for one time today when the generic patch was successful however the server was closed when I tried to log in. After that I started getting errors again. Each attempt is a 10gb directory copy followed by the required 80mb to 300mb download. At the same time monitoring sites show Sisi is up and populated.
Is there any one location anywhere that shows: 1) Sisi is in fact up 2) Sisi is open to the public and allowing connections 3) exactly what to do to update your client
Because right now there is no way of knowing where to find this information which needs to be current and official. == Support fixing the EVE UI |

I always check this site. If there has been a server shut down, there are few people, or if it says it is not accepting connections the code has just been changed. The sisilaucher is the most reliable way to check for updates.
The character issue might be because of the data base is old and needs to be remirrored or you need to use a old password
Good luck and if you have more issues this topic header is a good place to find answers.

Had a buddy with the same problem the other day.
Did you log out in a ship that was bugged (ie, modules fitted that shouldn't be due to the recent bugs) such as a Golem with 7 launchers or a Stealth Bomber with 4 bomb launchers?
If so that could be your problem. It's like the client tries to login with a Golem with 7 launchers in it's highs and the server goes "wtf is this ****, this aint right" and locks your ass out. |

By now it's obvious pretty much everyone else can get on Sisi if they want. So it's me and a few others that can't. I'm using Ubuntu with the lastest Wine. Here's what happens when I try to get on Sisi.
Starting the Tranquility client using the IP for Sisi I get the expected message, "There is a new build available. Would you like to download it now? The build is 126.2 MB in size.". I cannot autoupdate using this option so I download the manual patch.
Applying the 126.3mb patch "evepremiumpatch273475-276337_test_m.exe" manually to a copy of my EVE client gives the following error when starting the client. "Your EVE client installation may have modified, damaged or corrupt files. Please run repair.exe located in the EVE game directory or re-install the game client. Bad manifest signature, timestamp "2011.01.11 09:50:16", expected "2009.02.25 10:35:34"".
Next I try SisiLauncher. When 'Play EVE on Singularity' is clicked the client starts without error but says the server status is unknown. Attempting to authenticate gives a connection to server closed message. This is true even when EVE server status websites show Singularity with a status of 'OK' and a healthy population of 70-150.
I check Sisi again using http://games.chruker.dk/eve_online/server_status.php and see it is up and is populated. I run the SisiLauncher 'Repair My Test Client' option. The 'Test Client Updater' automatically runs and downloads a 27.74MB patch. The original launcher window appears when the updater is finished and I click 'Play EVE on Singularity'. It's the same as before. ==> The client says the server status is unknown. Attempting to authenticate gives a connection to server closed message. This is true even when EVE server status websites show Singularity with a status of 'OK' and a healthy population of 70-150.
I've also tried downloading the full test client of 2 files 4.2gb with a small installer program. Attempting to install the full test client gives a corrupt data message. Taking the option to repair the data begins a long download with no progress indicator. The last message is, "Sorting out what needs to be downloaded, please wait...". Since downloading these files severely ties up my bandwidth I cancel it after 30 minutes.
