"overseas transaction fee" sounds like a charge from your card provider rather than CCP.
raise a petition under billing to find out what CCP charged you, and compare that with your statement. |

This!
It appears that CCP charged you 14.95 EUR. The rest of the charges are from your card provider. |

Edited by: Othran on 08/07/2011 14:41:42 Thats a little odd as the transaction will actually be with CCP Games UK.
Who is the card provider? ie which bank and is it a pre-paid card, debit card or credit card? |

Well the thing is that if it was a CC issued in the UK then they cannot legally charge him ú25 on a 15Ç transaction. Same with a debit card issued in the UK. Edit - max fee unless card company can prove additional costs is ú12.
If its one of the pre-paid cards then you're screwed as the consumer credit act doesn't apply. |

Check with your bank. We can only speculate, and I speculate that it's probably a mistake or less likely a clause on your account conditions that transactions shall incur a fee. *shrug* |

talk to your card provider- it's probably not meant for currency transactions. |

Santander sucks? (Abbey)
Spoke with them, and they reversed the charges, was something to do with the fact the payment was delayed by 2 months for some reason, The date was from May in the transaction details. |
