FAil troll is super fail,
We peaked at nearly 50,000 today, nearly 2000 more people than last week.
Also, people you know, do stuff on the weekend on a summer day. Go outside and enjoy sunshine and the beach.

Last week, the CCP apologists said it was due to the Holiday in the USA.
I've seen a high of 50k players after Incursion was released to Primetime on the West Coast of the USA being meh, around 25-30k.
That's ok, it's "predictable" from CCPs point of view and with a client being populated on the Nexon portal the customers will be flowing in from Japan like a Tsunami.
Think that was in poor taste? So is an executive boardroom where that kind of talk is commonplace. Eve investors just want to fund Dust, WoD and placate the eve userbase until those projects are delivered, then, they will go back and salvage what they can.
I predict it will be too late and hopefully sold off to some of the core devs who poured their lives into spaceships and the best art in an MMO.
Executives could give a fat fuc about art. Just ask them.

Yeah that all time average graph you have to read from right year 2006 to left 2011.
All time averages fluctuate a lot, you notice that between june 2009 and december 2009 there was a huge drop off but then came back up. Dont worry you can troll all you want, but we just have a low point atm.

I'm complaining because
a) I can
b) I hope they take our complaints and change course, hoping the staffers revolt and get rid of management. Zulu is NOT the problem. Neither is anyone actually working on EVE.
c) on second thought you can have my stuff, I just contracted it all to Stella GSP. Enjoy.

There won`t be any quick changes on online statistics. Take a look during next winter since quite a few people have multimonth subs running even if they intent to stop playing. Now if CCP made few radical changes like nerfing PVE isk gain by 80% for highsec and less penalties for ganking you would see much faster dive as casuals would stop playing.
Very large proportion of players are empire casuals despite what one might think you would have in PVP-focused game like EVE.

No. Just over 800 more than last week, and last week was appallingly low ù this is just slightly less appalling. We're down 3k from two weeks ago; 6.5k from three weeks agoà
And low or not, the worrying part is that it isn't part of a post-expansion bump. By all rights, the numbers should have been 5-10k higher than they are. ùùù ôWe want to try this thing called micro-transactions, but we don't know what it is. Can anyone explainà aw screw it, let's just do it! What could go wrong?ö ù ÇÇP |

Word to mouth works. People heard that this expansion contained nothing of substance and declined on renewing their accounts or subbing. And some people stopped playing on top of that.
