The problem may have been the password, I did use it with battleclinic since this being just a game I didn't want to try to remember too many passwords, I'm pretty sure that the problem was not my computer or network since the only problem I have had is with this one account in this one game.
However, even if was my fault it is no excuse for CCP taking over a week to respond to a customers problem. Also, I can't help but to think that maybe I should have changed my password after Lulzsec attacked CCP, they did claim that they were successful in gaining access to CCP's user name and password database, who knows, maybe the Lulzsec hackers have finally gotten around to my account. It makes me wish I had not taken CCP's word that their database was secure and had gotten around to changing the password on this account like I did with the account I am posting this with, but in the end, for me, this is just a game and at the time was eclipsed by the other stuff in my life that actually matters.
If they have some security reason for making me wait this long I could have accepted that, as long as someone had taken the time to inform me of it, or they had included that info in the initial response. This account will be running out of time in a couple of days, if it does before I have a satisfactory response from CCP I will not be renewing and CCP can say goodbye to 2 accounts. That may be just a drop in the bucket, but it does add up, too bad really since all they had to do was respond.
And no, you can not have my stuff.
You idiots are driving me insane....... It was a ddos attack if you dont know what that is look it up... IT DOESNT AFFECT YOUR INFORMATION ON THE SERVER. NO INFO WAS TAKEN OR EVEN ACCESSED....
