So I'm having a play around in EVE HQ with the fitting plugin and I'm trying some Crusader fits out. The fit that I like the look of, I can't quite squeeze out yet. CPU is 112.6 / 120 and PG is 52.27 / 50
I currently have Engineering V and Weapon Upgrades IV.
So I set Weapon Upgrades and Advanced Weapon Upgrades to V in EVE HQ and the loadout drops down to CPU: 111 / 120 and PG: 48.94 / 50. So, great that's how I get my fit.
But out of curiosity, I clicked "Set all skills to 5". Now the loadout looks like this:
CPU: 111 / 125 (Due to my Electronics skill going from IV to V) PG: 46.78 / 50
My question is: what skill did that extra 2.16 PG come from?
I've had a look through some of the skills, trying to make the extra PG go away, but can't seem to locate it. As far as I knew, Electronics/Engineering and Weapon Upgrades/Advanced Weapon Upgrades were the only skills that affect fitting (outside of ship bonuses, which doesn't apply to the Crusader). Link the fit so we can see what modules you have on it. Inject your skillbook before you leave the station. Neo didnGÇÖt learn Kung-Fu by having it sit in his usb drive.-á If it moves, shoot it. If it doesn't move, poke it with your gun and then shoot it. We are not running, we are advancing in the opposite direction |

Some modules have their CPU/PG needs affected by skills like Energy grid Upgrades, or Electronics Upgrades. "haiku are easy, But sometimes they don't make sense, Refrigerator." |

Also, all weapon upgrade rigs have fitting drawbacks. Training the relevant rigging skill can reduce the drawback. |

Shield upgrades is the most likely culprit.
WU reduces weapon CPU. AWU reduces weapon PG Energy Grid upgrades reduces the CPU use of certain Energy Grid modules (MAPC's, DCU's, RCU's). Shield upgrades reduces the PG needs of certain Shield modules (Shield Extenders) |

Thanks for all the responses, it was Energy Weapons rigging from the two weapon rigs I had fit.

EFT has a feature where you can "change affecting skills", when you rightclick on a module, that way you can see which skills affect what on a ship, I don't know if you evehq has a similar feature though. |
