Been a chat channel up for awhile for those that are looking to hunt others down. MOTD in channel is pretty self explanatory.
Channel is delayed mode. Ask for a Locate, NO NAME at this point. Someone will hopefully respond with a PRIVATE convo. Give link for name and the person 2 million ISK. (yes, price went up.....we need more people to LOCATE. hint hint) The person running a locate will mail you the result.
At some point if you are constantly asking for locates and getting some regular responses from a few peeps, add them to your address book so you can convo them directly if you see they are online. Build trust between Locator and Hunter.
WE NEED MORE PEOPLE TO HELP RUN LOCATES. Not going to become mega rich but its good isk for a few secs to dock and run it. Use those standings for helping EVE run.

It has recently come to my attention that some locators are 'ratting out' who is hunting them to the target. This is unacceptable, obvioulsy. I have a few people that are working very hard to check and recheck if this is happening. I will be personally banning every toon from Mung's Maurauders as they are given to me. Hey, it's not personal, it's Bizness. 
I repeat, if you find a locator that is trustworthy, and gives great service, add to address book. The channel is ALWAYS looking for more trust worthy locators in all TZ's. You could be making descent isk if you are in your locator area. with 2-4 accessible level 4 locators in a few jumps of one another.

this is a very good change :)
been in that chanel for ages, but 1m was if bit less to actually brother to locate (unless already docked or something and time to kill) most of times
