Hi, i want to get into pvp, but only have training in T1 frigs, i can use warp scram and web, and MWD, but don't know if anyone would have me in their gang. Would they want me to have T2 gear and be in an inty? How likely is it i will get in a fleet if i'm just a tackler in a 1 man corp?

You will get called a spy for the first few weeks or until your killboard is active enough but otherwise you should be able to get in on some gangs with the less elitist people. ~~~

And? You make it sound like that's a bad thing.

You have all needed mods to do you job (i.e. "tackling") and it seems like you have to right mindset. No one will say no unless they have reason to.

If you're new and young, no one expects you to be in a T2 ship... in fact they will discourage you from doing so until you have some deaths, support skills, and bit of ISK making ability under your belt.

Hard to say. Generally speaking...
Some fleets are not picky and will fleet up everyone willing to go. The problem with these types of fleets is that they have EVERYONE in them including spies, morons, carebears, and nubbins. Quite basically there is no "quality" in the fleet. As a result, expect the FC of said fleet to give as little info as possible about what you are doing, don't expect that your fleet will hold together against "real" opposition, and don't expect your ship to come back intact. But... it's these fleets that everyone starts out in and learns the basics. Just bring A LOT of patience with you.
On the other end of the spectrum you have fleets formed up according to corporation and/or "allied" corporations and/or "friends." These are the fleets you want to end up in as the people in them are seasoned, knowledgeable, and have a buttload of resources/skills to support the fleet. However, they are quite selective on who they "bring in"... almost to the point of (as said before) being elitist. The easiest way to get in is either make friends with them (show them you are a "cool" person to hang with on comms, even if you suck at PVP) and/or become "good" at PVP by doing amazing "suicidal" things and coming out alive.
There are also corps of every stripe between these two extremes. So keep your eyes peeled. _______________________

From personal experience I'd say it depends on the FC.
If you don't look suspicious you can likely enter the more relaxed fleets and corps right away.
