This ****'s coming fast.
Next reward is for 1,500 Aurum, the next one after that is 2,000 Aurum.
It appears every 2500 shares is each unlock level.

No, you may not have my AUR. That would help support MT in Eve. Duh. -- The Door! |

Bad idea. That only shows up as a "store usage" statistic, making it appear wantedà ùùù ôWe want to try this thing called micro-transactions, but we don't know what it is. Can anyone explainà aw screw it, let's just do it! What could go wrong?ö ù ÇÇP |

Edited by: I Love Boobies on 29/07/2011 15:26:53 Evidently they changed it because it's only about 1/3 of the way now for the second unlock. I seen the second one was unlocked the other day when they announced the first unlock.
EDIT: Just noticed the sticky about the change. Evidently they figured out the people scamming, lol.

I haven't received my first 1000 Aurum though. Was there a limitation of some kind? Like the account had to be active for a period of time?

All active accounts should get it. If you have several chars on account, char with most skillpoints gets the reward.
Actually, CCP didn't specify whether account needs to be active when sharing reward is unlocked (earlier this week) OR when sharing reward is actually given to players (today), or both.

@Jon, you checked your wallet, correct? Regardless, I am inquiring on your behalf :)
Update: have you checked the character with the highest SP?

I didn't receive anything either, might be something you need to look into. (I checked the char w/ the highest SP). I've logged a couple times today and there is "0 AUR" in the wallet.
Don't know if it's relevant, but the account was reactivated 48 hours ago via PLEX.
I didn't want it anyway :P

Just one problem: you can't, since the whole AUR feature is still in alpha-testing. ùùù ôWe want to try this thing called micro-transactions, but we don't know what it is. Can anyone explainà aw screw it, let's just do it! What could go wrong?ö ù ÇÇP |

@mechtech When we queried the TQ database for the list of eligible users, we were just a few minutes before you arrived. But if you petition to Customer Service, they will be happy to add you in manually. I mean, if you wind up wanting the Aurum, that is :D

Edited by: Steppin Rzr on 29/07/2011 16:03:15 For anybody not wanting the AUR I have just successfully petitioned all 6 of my accounts to have it removed using gameplay nex store catagories.
And remeber if you petition to have it removed then CCP cant use it in their metrics to prove how "popular" Nex is.

Edited by: Crey Vialey on 29/07/2011 16:34:58 Thanks CCP for the free AUR I traded it for those shiny new boots.... I then sold to the idiot who had a buy order for them at 10 million is in essence he still buying 4 more. I kinda feel sorry for the guy buying an item that everyone has for, at 10 million isk each, oh well I guess it's his fault for making the buy order 7 days ago. heh he spent 100 million isk on something everyone has. |

I'm the idiot I'm betting on being able to sell them for at least 100% profit (i.e. 20 mil a piece) when public station areas are opened later this year.
I actually decided to use about 435 mil for this trade-speculation: Essense: buying 1 at 15 mil / 10 at 10 mil / 100 at 1 mil Dodixie: buying 1 at 20 mil / 10 at 10 mil / 100 at 1 mil
If someone does sell me boots at 1 mil, I am certain I can eventually sell them for profit. It is interesting to see if I can profit from 10 mil boots also.

Edited by: Rees Noturana on 29/07/2011 17:14:23 Seems like all the pairs going for less than 40 mil are selling fairly quickly. Considering the PLEX/Aurum conversion should price them about 100 mil they sure are stupid for having 10 mil buy orders up.

What a shame the unwanted Aur can't be donated to a cause or charity the way PLEX is donated.

Well, in this case it is hard to predict what the market price of boots will be later this year. Most likely below 100 mil NeX-price, since so many boots are being bought with free AUR. But how much below, that is interesting question for traders.

Thank you, You guys must understand that if every account just got 1000 AUR, and the only thing they can buy is boots, then it's going to be the most abundent 'free' item in game next to the ibis
