- Well your enemies are certainly unpredictable in some ways but in one important way they are very predictable. THEY DON'T WANT TO LOSE TO YOU. Because of this they take the necessary precautions to make sure they don't. If you want to turn the tables on them you need to adapt and overcome.
You say you want to PVP, well you are already doing it as a lot of Eve PVP involves your ship blowing up around you - it's called 'experience' and you need it if you are going to start coming out on top. There's lots of great suggestions on here and if you follow them you will soon have your first killmail with friends - a solo killmail will take longer but in FW or RVB they will come. Don't give up .

The only problem here is your lack of understanding the game. What do you expect when you enter some alliance's 0.0 space as you obviously have related in your OP? You WILL get attacked. You need the education of Eve University it seems. Sit in their public chat, read the questions people ask, ask questions, read their public wiki, etc.
People really need to drop their other MMOG ideas of "levels" when they come here. Week-old players can take down HACs so don't give me any excuse that you need BS and Titans.

Its extremely difficult to master the interface and build your knowledge. It takes years to become good.
There are no shortcuts and you can't buy success - everyone who pvp's has to serve an apprenticeship at some point. Just as in real life it takes time, patience, commitment, determination and access to veteran support. Oh and considered long term planning of alt skill specialisations to ensure isk supply and logistical flexibility.
Eve is hard.
If you decide to try it again, look for a pvp-only corp and join with your combat main. Listen and learn and try to get some practice in every day.
Eventually you will start to feel the benefits and want to try a higher standard/better corp. Your track record is everything in Eve. Your reputation can be bought, but it can't be spread without some leg work and tangible experience.
My advice? Join a nullsec alliance with no standards and think of your career in Eve as you would in real life. Aim low, work up.
Since you are leaving tho ..
Can I have your stuff?

Oh to hell with that.
Gather some ISK and head to Lonetreck and Join RVB. You'll be hard pressed to find more convenient and enjoyable PVP.
