Has Amarr carrier 4 as I was thinking of putting him in an aeon. His armor skills need a bit of work. If you somehow get your hands on a revenant he can fly that pretty well too(dunno why anyone would fly that overpriced deathtrap but HEH).
Also has capital ships 5, jump bridging trained, doomsday op trained, so basically insert amarr/caldari titan book and you're good to go.(Avatar would need some gunnery touchup)
Is currently respecced for perception/willpower, I think he has 1-2 more remaps available, I'm too lazy to check atm.
