Item Name: Taunting [High Slot Item]
Increase the Aggressiveness towards the Enemy Pilot at Reduced Stats. To entice the pilot to target you = Targeted Pilot gets Increased Dmg Modifiers of +10% Dmg on all dmg types. Pilot Targeting gets Reduced Resistenced Modifiers by -10% on all Types.
The Targeted Pilot would only get these modified stats if attacking the target that's tanking.
Why would a Pilot Target someone who's targeting them with this... because of the Increased Damage Modifiers all around are 20% Which would allow more damage to be done towards that target, however it's not garunteed that the pilot who gets targeted would want todo this in PVP in PVE it would be a nice option.
The Attributes of a High Slot Module tagged with this Name would Reduce Effectiveness and Increase Drawbacks by 35%
There could be a skill attached to Reduce Drawbacks of this by 5% per level to a maximum Reduction of Effectiveness and Increased Drawbacks by 10%
If anyone has any ideas to help this out please feel free to throw them out there.

They are generally known as "damage mods/weapon upgrades" and increase the rate of fire (and thus DPS) of the turret/launcher they are slated to work for... at the cost of a low-slot... which for armor tankers means less tanking ability.
Shield ships on the other hand don't really have to worry about giving up "tank" as they put their tanking modules in their medium slots... however in doing this they give up the ability to fit "utility mods" (ex. warp disruptor, webs, cap booster, propulsion mods, etc) unless they sacrifice their part of their tank. Armor tankers have no such problem fitting "utility" as, again, they use their low slots to tank. _______________________

bring a hictor to a fight with caps on the field....you won't need the taunt module
or even better....fly a falcon. Its like aoe taunt...everyone not jammed by it on grid will want it dead. Hell, it doesn't even need your reduced stats, its got crap tank already lol.
Not seeing an application for this. Blob fights., fc is not gonna gonna give a rats ass about if someone is taunting a fleet member. If their name begins with H....well then you will get to them after all the a,b,c...'s are dead.
Skirmish, same thing. Got a list of must die ships that need to go first. A shield arty cane is taunting...man...its gonna wait its turn till the rapier and falcon are dead.
And 1 v 1....not seeing people nerf a solo fit which crams in as many guns and a nos neut as possible in the highs. Well that and solo...yeah...not gonna nerf your tank most times.
