Finding would be a cov-ops frigate with sisters of eve probe launcher and probes.
Entering, depending on class, i would recomend T3, BC's, HAC's, and the similar.
For harrasment a stealth bomber would be the easist, then recons, then cloaky T3... and if your particually up for a challenge Black-ops.
For all three in a nice compact package... T3 - Nulla Curas |

Scouting is also very important in WH space (no local!). I'd suggest either something fast like a dram (can also double as a tackler) or something cloaked.

stealthbomer. fit highs with 3 torp launcher, covert ops cloak and a probe launcher. scan all sigs, bookmark and log off. then check every now and then to see if people are awake. you will be visible for 1 second to cloak when logging in, no need to scan since you already have the bookmarks, and though you cant attack combat ships, you can kill miners, gas miners, salvagers and PI haulers.
anchor a GSC at a savespot with spare ammo and probes.

I was once actually very friendly to a small group in a wormhole (this was 1 week after the were released). I sat cloaked while I watched sleepers dismember their Brutixes, leaving them stuck in pods... Foolishly they were using local to chat in too... I uncloaked and dropped a BM to the hi-sec exit in a can for them as they started self-destructing their pods... Weirdly I got quite a lot of abuse from them, ungrateful fekkers... Won't ever be doing that again... --

Being in a worm hole is somewhat different that 0.0. Sometimes being diplomatic is the best way out. I had fleet get trapped in a worm for a few days because the pilot with the only probe on his ship became scared and went back through the wormhole causing the wormhole to collapse.
A few fleet members decided to take the easy way out and self destructed their pods. Those that stayed behind waited until a caravan of haulers came through. We had been broadcasting on the local channel for some hours and finally got a response. They were rather hestitant at first due to the nature of the worm and their cargo that they were carrying. But after convincing them that we were benign and only wanted an exit out of the wormhole they let me join their fleet where I then warped to the exit with the remaining ships soon following behind.
Being diplomatic in wormhole is easier than being diplomatic in 0.0.

They may have thought you were taunting them. You need a cargohold to pick up BMs in that fashion, therefore they would not have been able to get them in their pods. -------------------------------------------------- CEO, Taggart Transdimensional (TTI) |

Solo:
Stealth bomber w/ core probe launcher T3 with cov-ops subsystem and core probe launcher
The key is the element of surprise. If they know you're there and they know what they're doing they'll immediately leave any site that can be found without probing. If they're in mag/radar/grav/ladar sites they probably won't leave until they see your probes.
A SB has just enough space to accommodate up to a medium bubble. So, if you can predict what the target is going to do, you might be able to setup a trap.
Chances are, however, if it's a combat ship you're targeting you're not going to have enough DPS to break their tank.
With a friend you're much more effective. In this situation you'll want either a SB or T3 as stated above and something with some decent DPS that can sit on the other side of the WH you came through. You tackle, preferably, in your T3 and then call in your friend to pound on the target.
A covert ops alone will only be effective in finding targets. Not attacking them.

Or cloaky recon ... Aka Pilgrim ...
Examples:
[Tengu, COVOPS] Ballistic Control System II Ballistic Control System II Ballistic Control System II Damage Control II
Large Shield Extender II Large Shield Extender II Invulnerability Field II Invulnerability Field II Warp Disruptor II Y-T8 Overcharged Hydrocarbon I Microwarpdrive
Heavy Assault Missile Launcher II, Terror Rage Assault Missile Heavy Assault Missile Launcher II, Terror Rage Assault Missile Heavy Assault Missile Launcher II, Terror Rage Assault Missile Heavy Assault Missile Launcher II, Terror Rage Assault Missile Covert Ops Cloaking Device II Expanded Probe Launcher I, Core Scanner Probe I
Medium Core Defence Field Extender I Medium Core Defence Field Extender I Medium Core Defence Field Extender I
Tengu Defensive - Adaptive Shielding Tengu Electronics - Emergent Locus Analyzer Tengu Engineering - Capacitor Regeneration Matrix Tengu Offensive - Covert Reconfiguration Tengu Propulsion - Intercalated Nanofibers
I've had really really good luck with a Tengu fit very similar to this, albiet not in a WH, but hunting targets in lowsec.
I call it my "Elmer Fudd" tengu.
The real trick is that it's tough to do "surprise buttsecs" because of the targeting recal from the cloak. But, if you time it right, you can decloak just as you land on grid and just as you come out of warp the 5 seconds will be up.
I don't have a decent video up that shows the tactic. This video I knew he was at a POS so I went in cloaked. Once I saw the situation, I waited till he got close and POUNCED!

If they've been in the hole long enough to actually be living in it, this won't happen.
