Hello, MD. Let's make some isk together.
TLDR: Principal: 20.0B Interest: 5-10%/month (see below) Funds due: on or before August 18th, EVE time Payment: interest payments on or before Sept. 1st (prorated), Oct. 1st, and Nov. 1st; principal returned on or before Nov. 1st Collateral: None
Current outstanding debt: 1) An undisclosed amount to Grendell, >100% collat., open-ended 2) 5.0B to Tanaka Kharn, ~100% collat. by 1k units of Quafe Zero, due Sept. 10
Background: I'm an industrialist that's dabbled in manufacturing since way back in my EVE Uni days and have been engaged fulltime since early February. I'm good at what I do; between mid-February and early June my NAV grew from roughly 1B to roughly 23B. I currently operate three distinct businesses:
1) My original niche offers a high return on capital and easy hauling, but uses blueprints too inexpensive to serve as collateral.
2) My second niche offers a lower return on capital, but uses high-value blueprints and thus lets me finance production with lower-interest collateralized loans.
3) I've been experimenting in a third niche since early July. It offers a higher return on capital than the first business while retaining easy hauling, but its lower market volume keeps me from exploiting it as much without swamping the market.
Purpose: I have four distinct goals for this loan:
1) Raise the working capital I allocate to niches #1 and 2 so that I can lengthen the jobs. Given my current capital, I can only afford enough stock at one time to keep jobs going for 36-48 hours, and to be honest it's tiring keeping those refreshed. I'll be paying more in interest without actually earning more through increased market throughput, but the time savings are worth it to me.
2) Escalate my production in niche #3 from experimentation to full production (which I define as "maintaining simultaneous material buy orders, manufacturing jobs, and product sell orders"). Testing the waters was quite profitable, I now have better spreadsheets and production plans in place, and I'd like to scale up.
3) Start experimenting in a fourth business. It offers a lower return on capital than niche #2, but requires very little keyboard time and has a sky-high market volume compared to everything else I do, so if it's profitable (which I'm convinced it is) I'll be able to dump a ton of capital into it with little effort.
4) Keep a bit of liquidity, even after #1-3, to let me test out an additional business. I'm currently taking a look at a couple new markets and being ready with additional isk will motivate me to finish the research, pick one, and try it out.

Audit: I will not be financing an audit out-of-pocket for this offering, but I'm open to receiving one. For the most recent look at my assets and profitability, you should look at these posts from my previous loan thread. The audit was performed by a RL friend because of the scarcity of, well, auditors, but his numbers were validated by independent factchecking.
If any combination of investors find an auditor willing to audit me, and a combination of those investors and RAW23's MD Audit Fund are willing to handle payment, please post in the thread. I reserve the right to veto an auditor, but I'll post my reasoning and we can discuss it.
I will pre-emptively give my approval to the following people taking a look at my API information, if

Edit : NVM I didn't read it thoroughly. I just read 1bn -> 23bn and assumed it was in one month ^^

I would likely insist on the full four days, but yes, I explicitly acknowledge that I could and would honor the early withdrawal terms.

FAQ Addendum:
What happens if bids are placed in such a way that the last investment you accept puts you over 20B? For example, if the two bids were 5B @ 5% and 20B @ 7%, in theory you'd accept both.
This complication arose during my second collateralized offering. I'll accept all bids but the last in full, and then offer to accept enough credit from the last investor to hit the 20B ceiling. The investor is free to decline and cancel his investment, in which case I'll end up short of the full 20B. In the above example, I'd accept 5B from the first investor, and then let the second investor either loan me 15B or cancel.
I don't like the jump from 5B to 20B, but other than that I can't think of any concrete objections to the offering.
If your only concern with the offering is the high capital ceiling, feel free to place bids "contingent on the principal not exceeding X." For example, you could bid 5B @ 8%, contingent on the total value of the loan not exceeding 10B. (I'd intended, but forgot, to include this in the original FAQ; it's probably a moot point now that there's a bidder for 10B, unless for some odd reason you're comfortable with me handling, say, 15B but not 20B.)

I'll bid 10b at 10% IF you eve-mail me your full api so i can take a peek.
If I'm going to invest all that isk, I'd like a little reassurance.

I have to admit I was expecting more discussion (both quality and otherwise). I guess I shouldn't complain, this is a welcome reprieve from fielding troll posts for days on end.
The loan currently has investors covering the full 20B at 10%. Thank you for your support and your vote of confidence.
If anyone else would like to get a piece of the action, you'll have to bid below the 10% monthly interest rate.

It's really pretty simple. Those that were interested in holding the secondary market (such as it is) together have pretty much given up in the face of people that are determined to give their Isk away regardless. Just take a look back over some of the crap that has filled despite being obviously dodgy. Not to mention the fact that some of the recent more vocal critics of anything that could be described as shady were in it for personal gain.
Those that are still around and investing are now doing so mostly through alts and aren't prepared to spend the time pointing out the obvious because there are too many people that aren't prepared to think for themselves.
Anyway, free bump back to the top for more investors.

I can personally confirm that these "crap offerings" were not filled primarily by alts of the OP of that thread.
Maybe I should start an IPO (no idea what that means), called Confirmation 4U (CON4U for sure). I will be available to confirm anything that needs confirming.

Heh. It looks like I have another edge case to add to the FAQ.
Between the three 10B bids, flakeys's is included since it's a lower percentage. It's ambiguous which of the other two I should accept; I'll take TornSoul's as he made his earlier.
As before, the 20B is currently covered in full, so if anyone else wants in you'll have to offer a 9%/month or lower rate.

Jerry, I'd like to think that deep down in your stone cold troll hearth, your a nice person and are trying to help investors from scanners. There are always risks in investments...so let's see how this one goes.

Surely there has been one since my last 20bil bond?
Interestingly, last year the 10-40bil sector had the lowest default rate of all sectors of the investment market (<10, 10-40, 40<)

There's the NAV snapshot I promised you, enjoy. I'm sitting on a giant pile of cash instead of running industrial jobs because I need to be ready to mobilize a bunch of stuff once this launches.
Another reminder: less than a day until the bidding window closes.

Here's my sales figures for July and August to date:
PRVEN sales figures, July 1 - August 16
As I pointed out before:
1) Market activity has died down recently as I prepare to launch industry funded by this offering. That's reflected in the plot. 2) The "Profit" plot isn't what you or I probably think of as "profit" - a negative daily profit doesn't mean I lost NAV. Instead, it's cash flow. If I bought 1M in materials, sold the products for 2M, and then bought 2M in materials in preparation for more manufacturing jobs, my "profit" would be -1M.
For reference:
PRVEN June Sales Figures (The gap in coverage from June 17-18 to June 25-26 was because of the delay between the Incarna release and me getting EWA working again.)
PRVEN May Sales Figures
----------
As an aside, if anyone knows how to get EWA to do a Quick Briefing plot for a time period not ending on the current date, please let me know. I'd like to make a clean plot of July 1 - July 31, for example.
----------
I'll close the bidding window at 00:00 EVE time, so there's just under six hours left. No sniper rule, it's over when it's over - I specifically used this bidding system (a Vickrey auction) to avoid incentivizing stuff like that.
