Yes, that is what I was referring to. Or on the first page of the google search was a link to Dex's killboard stats, which shows him killing a corpmate in a Kronos (which was mentioned in that blog post). That was my second corp theft. The only evidence of the first one is in the bio of the founder of my second corp. He quit Eve a few days after his corp collapsed as a result of me robbing them.
From the blog post you can find my main. You most likely won't know who my main is, and you probably haven't heard of my alliance, but we do have DBANK's corp in it. And a fun little fact: Manalapan doesn't trust me enough to give me a loan for less than 110% collateral. He's a cheap bastard though.
Anyway, I don't mean to boast. I just wanted to point out the many signs that I shouldn't be trusted which could have been found from less than five minutes worth of work. You can talk all day about how much isk you have and how I didn't dent your wallet, but in the end it is still worth doing a bit of research to avoid losses like this.
This has been a public service announcement.
See you were going to take the isk the whole time
I am appalled a LIAR and a scammer latter part is fine but tsk on the lie
Edit SNIPAH
Edit 2 love the interest rate

Contract to me and I'll take it. I need to go down that way in the next few weeks anyway.

I'll still give trance atlas first pick - He has said thursday. Fair is fair. If he doesn't come through it's yours.
Or alternatively, offer 1.75B and you can have it right away.

I have nothing to gain by lying here.
Only after receiving the isk did I decide to run off with it. And I actually thought about it for a couple hours before making a decision. When I first made the thread I actually passed the link around to a few wealthy acquaintances in Eve who I would never screw over.
After receiving the isk I was staring at my wallet and a thought occurred to me: If I were to do this legitimately, a month from now after I had paid the two of you back, with luck my wallet would be exactly where it is now. All the work I would be doing would basically be to get to the point that I am already at right now. And for what? I had nothing to lose and everything to gain by stealing your isk.
Honestly, if you can think of a single downside to screwing you over, or an upside to not screwing you over, please let me know. I can't think of any.

The downside is, you effectively traded one form of currency (trust) for a much more plentiful and less valuable form of currency (ISK).
ISK is floating around here in oodles my friend, but trust is very rare and hard to come by.
Just my op.

Besides, it is really easy to gain trust in Eve on a small scale. I will be able to do it with Dex even after this (this thread is a good example of how good the average Eve player is at doing background checks). I just have to find the right people.
The kind of trust needed for a third party or a successful Eve business would have been impossible for me to achieve with a character who had already been involved in 2 corp thefts. This bond scam makes no difference.

Another Scam thread.. I think about 90% of the threads in this forum are scams and yet people still somehow fall for them. "Sweet Jesus, It's an Anti-AT field!"

It was 15%. You will get your isk when the bond ends, but TornSoul violated our agreement by selling my assets. Since he no longer has my collateral, the contract is void and his 4 billion isk is forfeit. I would have expected the CEO of BIG to be more trustworthy than this.
If I ever start another bond, I will make sure I get someone who is trustworthy to act as my third party.

Let me tell you a stroy.
Noob comes into MD and hippity hoppities over to the new topic button and presses it. He copypastas some bond post and make it his own. By some stroke of luck (noob's father is probably a politican), he gets people to invest in his bond--then runs away with the money.
However Mr. Noob here then realizes that he could scam for much more money and tries to pretend it was all a ploy, and blames some investor who sold the collateral to get his money back. MD rejoicies, lols are had.
But Mr. Noob is still a noob, and this scam is still a scam.

You seem very butthurt about something. Did your main get scammed here in MD?
You obviously enjoy posting in threads without reading them first, so I will sum it up for you: 1) Dex has corp thefts in his history and is linked to my main, so he would be a terrible character to build up e-trust with. 2) This was really, really easy. Dex has no/bad rep and I managed to get a 5 bill bond filled in less than 24 hours. If I wanted to, it seems to me that it would be very easy to spend a couple months making a more legit-looking, seemingly trustworthy industry/trading alt, make him the CEO of a small corp of carebears (like I originally did with Dex), and then start slowly building up rep for a big scam. I could do this because: 3) MDers enjoy giving away free isk, and never learn from scams.
Also, the reaction of the victims is always the icing on the cake for any scam, theft, gank, etc. This thread is bringing me much amusement.
