THE EOH poker website mysteriously lost my account. Their website contains NO email contact. U can only make a 'help ticket'if your account is working..lotta help that is lol..after being shucked off through a serious of people in the game chats I finally found someone with the ability to reactivate or reopen my account. Honestly it was no surprise my balance was ZERO.
After going through another serious of people heres a quote from the man on top
'I understand that this is not a large amount of ISK to pay you, technically. The issue at hand, as has been explained, is that your reason for not being able to get to your inactive account makes no sense given the insane amount of information on the website, the in-game channels, and ability to talk to literally dozens of characters/people or make help tickets. Literally the only option we don't provide is support via direct email.'
NO 175 mil is not alot of isk but their site has completely lost their integrity...

Well if I do, I alrdy have a great idea. A simple email contact on my website:) while researching this, I found there are online gambling restrictions within the US. I wonder if purchasing plexes from ccp to gamble with qualifies.. Maybe theres to many dots to connect

The web site is full of ways to contact EOH:
In game channels are listed here: http://eohpoker.com/Info/games.aspx and here: http://eohpoker.com/info/esop.aspx. You could have join these channels to contact EOH staff.
37 staff members and the owner are listed here: http://eohpoker.com/Info/staff.aspx . You could have contacted any one on this list.
The following is from the FAQ page and addresses your exact problem: http://eohpoker.com/Info/faq.aspx Question: I forgot my account name, what do I do? Answer: Create a new account and play on that if you only play Tournament games. If you have a positive balance on the forgotten account and want that recovered, make a new account and open a help ticket with as much detail as possible on the issue. The old account can then be deleted and the balance moved over to the new account once you have been verified as the owner of both accounts.
There are also several other issues with logging answered on the FAQ here: http://eohpoker.com/Info/faq.aspx
All the above information can be seen even if you are not logged in. Almost every page that you can see not logged in has a method to contact us. I am sorry if you did not read this information but it is very easy to find. In total we have dozens of ways to contact us. Out of game email is the only method we don't have. Eve has a great evemail system and out of game contact is not needed.
The following is on the page Deposit Chips page and seen when you sent isk to buy you chips: "Any account inactive for 90+ days will be WIPED of chips and most likely deleted for housekeeping purposes. Be responsible!" This was the reason you lost your chips.
We take isk from accounts that are inactive for more than 90 days and use it as prizes in free games for other players. We do not keep the isk. Logging in once every 90 days is something you agree to by sending isk to EOH. Not following clearly stated rules you agree to is your own fault. Claiming we have no way to contact us on our web site could only mean you did not look. There is a method of contact on basically every page.
Making threats based on your lack of looking at or following the rules is not the best way to get what you want. We even offered to "start over" and allow you to explain your claims that made no sense.
EOH runs hundreds of poker games every DAY. If people were being scammed you would find tons of threads saying so. Instead you find hundreds of posts over the last three years saying what a great service we are.
Take care- Saint

Any website promoting or found to be utilizing a gambling based mechanic which involve transactions with real money or a PAYED for representation of a valid currency is illegal within the US.
For more info see the now defunct Full Tilt Poker and other sites of their sort.
Buy a plex and get caught playing on this you find yourself with a hefty fine if you live in the US.
If I was native american I'd open an eve currency based gambling site. I like my cushy gov't job too much to screw it up.

Well, that would depend on whether or not Isk is a valid currency? Or a payed representation of a valid currency.
Nobody in the world is legally required to accept Isk as a form of payment on a debt. (Outside the confines of New Eden, and even in New Eden, we have no 'legally enforceable' way of collecting debts). Isk isn't a valid currency or a payed representation of one.

Currently it is NOT Illegal to gamble online in the United States EXCEPT where deemed illegal by state law. Federal law made it illegal from 2006 to 2007 only (I believe, years might be wrong but it was only for a year)
It is still currently illegal to OWN an online gambling site in the U.S. however.

Wow the guy who started this thread is a nut case- I looked at EOH's web site and there are ways to contact them all over the place.
After doing a few searches and seeing the huge amount of people happy with the service, this thread has made me into a new EOH customer! Hope to see you guys on the tables.
It is not illegal to gamble in the US. It is illegal for the transfer of real money from gambling. Isk is not real money. It has no value. In fact all the isk is intellectual property and owned by CCP. Read the EULA.
Threads like this are why reading the forums is so funny.

this is true
also since you use isk to purchase chips which does not have any monetary value plus it is not a direct analogue to cash ie is able to be obtained (theoretically anyways) without you ever paying a single cent and cannot be redeemed for cash it is perfectly legal regardless, besides the government doesnt know how you got that isk or what you used that plex for. This comes (with some eve based modifications)straight from a IRS worker relative of mine who actually deals in online gambling cases. Although for all of you who dont feel safe i will gladly launder that isk of yours for only 2.5% no risk to you

- no direct email support - according to the website account help my email never existed - if it was the 90 day thing Exactly what was my last log on date - it took 27 days to get the right eoh person to figure out the problem - why should I pay for slow and inadequate customer service? - exactly what isk amount you stole - my estimate is 175 mil - no email was sent saying u were going to keep my isk - I even posted on your facebook requesting help - no reply - why should one have to log on eve when theres problems with the website anyway?
The truth is no one has confirmed or denied any facts of where my isk went. Their scam is to shuck u off from person to person - not every EOH person can do the same things. When someone finally fixed my account... oops sorry it took to long your isk is gone. we think, ask this person they wil know more... and so on and so on
