No it is not. It's an instruction at worst and a bloody good suggestion in the context he used it.
Unless you express and intention to start a fire and incapacitate a person to place them in it, you haven't threatened them. You don't need to use their name.
It's called English. It's a language. You can learn it too.
Look how naive we are, aren't we cute
You can learn english too, naive is not a synonym for correct. I suspect you know this and are just plain old wrong. That's ok, you're in good company on these forums.
Don't you mean antonym?

I'm just chippin in to say that Helicity was a cool person.
That he personally insulted dev's, had delusions of martyrdom, believed he was feeding CCP's families and represented the entire playerbase, and then cried about being banned after repeatedly doing things that he was asked not to are moot points.

I just think its funny that insulting devs is a bannable offense. Better question, if saying for someone to diaf is a real life threat does that mean that everyone that says it here should be banned? Thats about half the board. HEY thats a great way to fix lag CCP -------- Dammit, they killed the post where Sreegs says personal attacks are against the rules. I wanted to lol at him for that |

No for being an angry little brat writing down real life threats.
Telling someone they should DIAF on the internet isn't a threat.
It is, however, a good suggestion in many cases.
Telling someone they should DIAF or to go DIAF is not a threat. It's an insult, but not a threat.

1: an expression of intention to inflict evil, injury, or damage
-- Intention to Inflict -- That's what's missing in the above example. As to exactly what Helicity said, I don't know, but the above statement is certainly not a threat by any means.
