Been trying out the wormhole mechanic with my newbie corp (using newbie alt).
Anywho last night we went through a wormhole and found ourselves way the hell up in the North away from the fighting, we settled for the night and ran some anomolies but we where kind of hoping to have ended up in Wormhole space.. but aside the point I have a couple of questions about wormhole space.
1. How do you know the class of wormhole space? I know their are like 5 classes, but where do you get that data.
2. Is there any way to determine how long a wormhole will actually stay up? A way to scan it to get more accurate data or something?
3. Typically how many ships can go through a wormhole before it collapses. Last night their was six of us. Mostly frigates and cruises with a Noctis for probing, looting and salvage. We where slightly worried that if we went through it would collapse but actually we have nothing to measure that against, I have no idea what it actually takes to collapse a wormhole.
4. In wormhole space their are often occupants, though so far we have found that people usually aren't home. Just out of curiousity do the occupants of a wormhole have some sort of additional data about their space beyond what we know? Like can they determine when a wormhole will collapse or are their any scanning arrays at a POS or something they can sue to find us? Or are they limited to probes and stuff like we are?
Thanks for any help

Or here: http://fiercewebs.com/arcdragon/EverythingWormhole108.pdf It's pretty good, although hasn't been updated in a while, maybe there isn't much more to say about them.

Though this is the case, you have to consider that the residents will always have the upper hand against some waywards who stroll in. You have no way of knowing if there is a Cloaked Loki who has every sig in the WH bookmarked or not; he does. You can watch DSCAN all you like, a cloaked ship is undetectable in Wh space. -------
