You're missing a laser.
Use smaller lasers if your fitting does not have enough cpu/pg. This fit gives you more dps, better armor repair and is cap stable.

Good fit. I would drop one of the armor hardeners and use a 3rd heat sink instead. Plus, make sure you use Scorch crystals. And I would seriously be tempted to use a shield hardener or target painter in place of the 3rd cap recharger.

Im pretty certain with 2 aux nano's instead of ccc's you really need that third cap recharger. And even then you woulnd't exchange them for a shield hardener(lol?) or a target painter...

As you can see, one has more tank then the other, but one has stable cap while the other does not. Suggestions?

This is how you fit a cap stable L3 mission Harb:
[Harbinger, mishin harb] Heat Sink II Heat Sink II Heat Sink II Armor EM Hardener II Armor Thermic Hardener II Medium Armor Repairer II
Cap Recharger II Cap Recharger II Cap Recharger II 10MN Afterburner II
Heavy Pulse Laser II, Scorch M Heavy Pulse Laser II, Scorch M Heavy Pulse Laser II, Scorch M Heavy Pulse Laser II, Scorch M Heavy Pulse Laser II, Scorch M Heavy Pulse Laser II, Scorch M Heavy Pulse Laser II, Scorch M [empty high slot]
Medium Capacitor Control Circuit I Medium Auxiliary Nano Pump I Medium Auxiliary Nano Pump I
Hammerhead II x5
If you don't want/need/care about cap stability swap a cap recharger for a web (definitely not a shield hardener). If you have great cap skills, dropping one ANP for a nanobot accelerator will improve your tank somewhat without compromising stability. If you can't use T2 pulse, use beams. If you run in to CPU issues, drop one heat sink for a tracking enhancer. If you run in to grid issues, first try swapping the T2 AB for a YS-8 (there's really no reason not to do this right off the bat). If you still have grid issues, downgrade to FMPIIs as needed. If you absolutely must have more tank (you really shouldn't need it; use Scorch to dictate range while applying damage) try a swapping a suitcase for one of the heatsinks.
And that's pretty much all there is to it.
