Interesting, you're about 5mill sp ahead of me and doing all the same stuff :D I've yet to do Caldari BS 5 and a few missile bits, but like you I've focussed my pvp char entirely on subcaps.
I tend to agree with you about HAC 5 - for the Ishtar anyway; T2 sentries reign supreme on that boat and they don't receive the HAC drone damage bonus since they're not "proper drones" (whatever that means). Being able to stick three sets of them in your drone bay is nice, but hardly vital. The 5km control range bonus is good, but a shiny Black Eagle DLA can more than compensate. That all said, the Sac, Zealot & Muninn all benefit very nicely from HAC 5 thank you very much.
Logistics 5 is worth considering, not least because you get 15% + 10% or another 15% bonuses per level which go a long way toward cap stability. That said, "perfect logi pilots" are two-a-penny and are often spotted skulking around Incursion systems peddling their wares. So if it's for epeen I wouldn't bother.
I'm curious as to why you haven't gone anywhere near dictors & HICs though. You could train both to level 4 inside 10 days. The Onyx for example has an outrageous tank for its hull class (An all-T2 fit with 160k ehp anyone? Or a 1250dps T2 omni-tank?). It's also very satisfying to decloak at a wormhole and light up a 20km bubble which instantly announces "Me HIC, you dead and so's your pod". Dictors are tricky to fly effectively and have their own strange but entertaining niche. But both ship types are somthing you should definitely consider if you live in/plan to go to w-space or null.
It's been mentioned, but I second this - training at least one Strat Cruiser subsystems set to 5. Make it the Proteus only if you want an awesomesauce cloaky PvP heavy tackler. The other T3s are more versatile. My personal favourite is the Legion. I like shiny stuff, and it's the shiniest, goldest thing in Eve. The Tengu is ofc the most insanely OP'd boat out there. FYI, training all 5 subsystems for one T3 from scratch, with your current perc/will remap and +4 implants, will take you just over 24 days. Worth every second. T3's are absulotely fun to fly and mess about with. They really come into their own when you're max skilled, and the added piquancy of possibly actually LOSING skillpoints if your ship dies in a fire.. well, it's extra spice :)
