Edited by: Silai Zhu on 02/09/2011 15:53:03 Edited by: Silai Zhu on 02/09/2011 15:52:37 I'm in dire need of some assistance here. Lately I've been training all sorts of random skills on my pvp pilot, with no actual plan. Could anyone give me some advise on what to train as of now? As you can see from the skill set I've been focused on gallente almost all of my eve life, until recently when i skilled up for some caldari ships. I do not intend to continue training the caldari skills, so cross them off the list of suggestions. However I've fallen in love with minmatar ships lately, but not sure about that just yet.
Have every single remap left on the character.
Hope someone can guide me into the light and right back on track!
Best regards Hang.
EDIT: http://eveboard.com/pilot/Hang_Zhu Stupid me

Pick a ship you want/like to fly and than train up for it so your skills are almost max for it (or till you very comfortable for it) and than do it to another ship. Eventually your skills will overlap and you can fly a lot of ships besides them quite well. And when you get done with one ship, either start a new one or polish off some support skills or other small set of skills to fly a ship your indirectly trained for. That is generally how I do things for skill training and it works quite well in my opinion, as you eventually end up being able to fly several ships quite well while always having something which you excel at.

As i said in the OP i'm not looking into skilling up more caldari/missile skills as i see no current use of them in my situation. I know they give a slight boost anyhow but nothing i fancy using weeks on :)

This is what i have been doing for the past years. Worked wonders until now.
As of now i have no plan, what so ever, regarding ships to use, as the skills/ships i need to polish are level 4 already. I guess i could start training those to 5.

Some minmatar ships use missiles. A lot of the matar/gallente ships are better using shield tanking than armor's ;)
