I want to offer 25 million and a free fitted battlecruiser to join my corp.... They join corp, I tell them to come to (some random hi sec system) once they get there, I tell them to warp to me in a pod to take the battlecruiser (no more room for contracts)... then I warp scramble them and ransom there pod..... (Note I will accept nearly any ammount, and I never really plan to pod them, just let them believe I will).
That being said anyone want to join my corp? free battlecruiser

You are not permitted to container bait in rookie systems, but the scam that the player describes does at no point involve container baiting, and rookies enjoy no special protection from scams.

not sure if it would work anyway,
most people who are able to fly a battlecruiser will be abit more wise to the game,
and will just tell you to meet then in the station lol,

If you do so without "permission", yes. But you are free to attack corp members at will.

Wow, scamming noobs like this... pretty soon you are going to rolling in the huge ammounts of ISK that anyone who is new enough to fall for this wont have in their wallets to give you!

If they can fly a battlecruiser then they're old enough to know better.

Amount of isk equates to quality of scam, you sir are a child playing with mere playthings.

And on a scale of 1-10 where 10 is best, this scam is at roughly -5. Newspapers aer going to write about it... NOT.

I seem to recall people doing this long before Incarnage. And they will continue doing it long after. Because, simply put, PEOPLE ARE *******S.

Yup they will and are.
Seems a rather poor basic foundation for a sandbox game yes?
The continued downward spiral of subs tend to agree.

This definitly should be a bannable offense, anyone stupid enough to fall for a scam like this should be immediatly banned, have their characters deleted, their account canceled and their credit card charged to the limit. Than they should be required by law to purchase a hand weapon and blow their own brains out. Because if your that stupid its only a matter of time before you hurt someone.
