part II :
ok , i understand you`re mad and you can`t keep yourself from raging everywhere you see me ... you have wet dreams where you pod me , and all that stuff .
I think it`s time to settle this thing in a real "mano a mano" , not in you + 500 mercs vs me . You suggested 1.5b , but that was sooo yesterday ... today my tresspassing fee is 2.5 b as i told you in game .
You will use a 3rd party to secure 2.5 b isk , and you will also secure 5 b to cover the eventual moral and phisical damage caused by mercs in case you are a dishonorable loser , then we will meet to a quiet system .
3rd party accepted : Chribba , Darkness , Somerset Mahm , Wirox Crotikus or feel free to propose other reliable 3rd party and i might agree with that too .
The 2.5b isk / insurance fee will go your way or my way depending on those distinct situations :
- We meet in the right place , ALONE , and you win . You keep your 2.5b isk and get your 5b insurance isk back , and i will never attempt to **** your hulks and you`ll never hear from me again
- We meet in the right place , i come alone and you come with mercs. In that case , you lose both 2.5 b wage + 5b insurance anti-blob , you might get or might not get me , but you and the mercs you hired will both be flagged as f4gg0ts with no honor since it was supposed to be 1v1 .
- We meet in the right place , ALONE , and i win . In this case , i win the 2.5 b , and you get back from the third party 5b you put as insurance . Then i will **** your frozen corpse and forget about you for good .
rules :
- We will set the meeting place with 30 minutes before "the duel"
- You will come with Indecisive Cid , i will come with Michael Mena
- Or you can come with the other alt - Riker Atros , and i come with my main character .
- We will duel at battleship level , battlecruiser level , cruiser level or frigate level . Your choice . Anything is accepted , t1 / t2 / t3 / faction / pirate , and no one is forced to tell in what ship he will come , except the class of course .
- The one who runs from the fight , will lose . In case this happens(and to capture your tears) , I will use fraps , and i advice you to do the same .
This is a win / win situation for you , and the only way to get out of this with your pride intact , as a real Navy man you claim to be .

Nobody but you two care about your little tiff, seems your able to contact each other via evemail, so please do that and stop creating more of your bull**** on our forums.
Ive lost more than 5bill in stations i cant access anymore, move on and forget, its eve, not life.
Oh and i'll happily come and have a scrap with either of you if you start getting upset with me because of this post, so go on, flame away, i enjoy my 1 v whatevers :)

Better to have had loved and lost then to never have had at all.
Ive helped build from the raw materials 2 stations, fought in the biggest battles in the last 3 years in eve, loved and loathed null sec for over 2 years.

no no no no, its a gable now, I will put 2.5 ON TOP of what you want to gamble for if you loose, and there is no 5 bil, wtf is the five bill for, also if you really want to do this, i will be in riker, you must tell me who your main char is before hand so i know its you and not a buddy, the third party will hold BOTH our money, and sit and watch runner loses, winner gets paid, till the death u must pod the person.
so if you want to gamble 5bil you put 5 bil up i put 7.5 i win i get it all u win you get yours back plus the 7.5 and no matter what happens we each leave each other alone

1) You wager to the same third party
2) I will match + 2.5B ISK
3) Riker Atros VS ??? (reply and let me know)
4) ONE V ONE third party will watch near by, any interference from anyone on behalf of either of us will forfeit our wager and pride, to the opposing person.
5) Winner takes all, including body, and winnings
6) WIN OR LOSE, this is the END: winner will be permitted to post ONE reply RIGHT HERE, with a pic, a video link, picture or anything else RESPECTABLE TO THE OTHER PERSON, ie) I won, here's the video proof, or kill board link, etc..
7) loser will not REPLY BACK TO THAT POST, and we will never bother each other again, posts, in game or otherwise. NEITHER will any of our alts.

so let me understand how things will go ...
1 + 2 . i wager xxx isk , you will wager xxx isk + 2.5b(the tresspassing rights ammount i am asking from you) + those 5b i am asking as collateral in case you come with mercs (if you`re a fair play guy , you will get those 5b back) . 9. you + me will be fleeted with me as fleet booster , and no one else in the fleet , except maybe the 3rd party if he thinks it`s proper . This will stop both of us from benefiting of neutral fleet boosters 
and just to assure you that my ship cannot benefit from a specific boost type :

i set that ammount to 5b only because in our discussions you said you are willing to spend 10b to get my head , and you might consider getting me and my main char identity for cheap ^^ ... and because my ship + fitting might worth over 2.5b , or might not , depends on ship class :P
This rule will not be modified . If you`re not thinking of ganking me , your 5b should be fine and not an issue at all since they will be returned after the fight if you play fair . If you will try again to remove this rule , there is one single conclusion to pull , that you`re not honorable and you`re not gonna keep your word to come alone ^^
my net has some problems now and dropped me from game , so not gonna contact you ingame right now , but reply here . And btw , you better not think about ship class for two months

How would you think im not the honorable one, I hired a merc on you alt that ADMITTED to only trolling and having no grounds, i have never scammed anyone, Im not a merc im a miner, also you are the untrustworthy one because you tricked me to get your own bounty, and i never even hired anyone to come after you i simply said good on you, you got two i got one but i got what i paid for Paladins body lol I dont see why as gentleman we cant eave it at that but you continue to troll my posts, etc etc.. so I say no deal you can come after me all you want, and i will continue to thro isk into it,
like i said before never f with someone who has more money / isk than you, money DOES solve peoples problems. like then i could hire a freaking Alliance to continually make you and your corps life hell etc etc.. but i haven't and wont, unless you cant be a gentleman about this
5 bil is not necessary the price of your ship + fittings may be but thats for you too, cus if your not putting any money up than just to grief me you could still bring people in and not really loose anything, so for me to put up money and not you makes no sense ill only wager / put up what you are capable of doing, no one gambles with people who have no money lol
like me playing poker, and i say i bet 1 million dollars, some one says how much you got, oh i got ten mil, you say well i put you all in, but you have to have the money to do so lol, i say if you wanna do that we do this POOL HALL JUNKIES style

trolling is one thing , not keeping the word given is other thing . How about this then , we both put 5b as collateral in case the other one brings mercs , and it`s returned if nothing happens . The 5 b anti-merc collateral is the only thing i`ll not give up . Everything else might be the subject of discussion .
All your other conditions are accepted as well , no drones whatsoever . See ? I`m a reasonable person .
