i have newbie=0 and a lot more infos on the file (he write more things after you launch it, normal you have less) you can always try but well :/
you can also try to delete the file itself, maybe he has wrong infos writed on it or something like that he will create a new clean file the next one you launch the process if you delete it. retry changing the file on the new one
i have also deleted all the old sisi file i had (like 4-5 from months ago) before it worked, dunno if you have some old ones also
i run on vista french there were people on xp, vista and win7 in this thread
there's something on win7 who suceeded, so i doubt it's the os the issue, you can try contacting him : Shaylene |

your computer is not on english ? (dunno if it works for german or russian) then there's good chance the issue is that ; the game try to find the EULA on your language, but the file does not exist. you need to change the setting to english
go to the settings folder, something like this : drive-where-windows-is\Users\name-of-your-computer\AppData\Local\CCP\EVE\name-of-your-singularity-build\settings
C:\Users\(name of system)\AppData\Local\CCP\EVE\(any folder called "singularity")\Settings\prefs.ini
AppData is a windows hidden folder, you may have to change folders settings if you don't see it
open file: prefs.ini
search line : languageID=**
change it by languageID=EN
(EN on capitals, or it won't works)
Finally that did the trick, looks like the setting file takes your windows language and adds the tag in the eve settings file and you don't get any EULA if that language doesn't exist. Changed the value to "EN" and I got the text showing also was able to accept the EULA and move on.
I can also say I reinstalled entire singu client and removed all cash files and still didn't work. Thanks Raid'en!

frustated just cant seem to find the folder and even in search windows vista dosent bring up anithing i must be doin something wrong will keep tryin till i brake the keyboard but tanks for everiones help |
