I'm probably not the only one to have noticed the increasingly frequent "rented house turned into cannabis factory and then busted after the police helicopter FLIR spots the glow from three counties away" stories in the UK newspapers.
Turns out they've all been doing it wrong and the best method seems to be to give the plants to a couple of pensioners in the distinctly not heated by sodium lights hamlet of Bedford.
Take a look at this.... made me smile.

Hehe, crazy old people can get away with lies "A genius throws a Molotov cocktail and soon realizes that he's going to die choking in a maze of smoke and flame. Idiot.
Think about how old you are and how old, old people are. Now think about everything you've seen in done in your years. Now divide an old person's age by your own age to get how many "lifetimes" that the old person has on you.
For example: if you're forty and your grandmother is eighty, your grandmother has lived *two* of your lifetimes.
This is why I don't trust old people. I look at all I've seen and done over the years, and then I realize that old people have seen/done at least *twice* as much as I have. The potential difference is downright scary.

We had an incident here in Alberta Canada where the Royal Canadian Mounted Police "busted" someone who was growing wild daisies which the police thought was some new strain of pot. I don't always troll, but when I do I do it on EVE Online forums.

The severity of stagnation that EvE suffers is calculated by the frequency and quantity of stupid threads and posts. It's measured on a scale of one through ten (one being fresh and ten being dead). In my opinion EvE has a stagnation level of 6, possibly 7. |

oooooooooooh,
I must be getting senile in my old age "A genius throws a Molotov cocktail and soon realizes that he's going to die choking in a maze of smoke and flame. The key is to use Compact Fluorescent Lights. I can grow any type of plant inside with less than 150W of power and not give off a IR signature any larger than a regular floor lamp.

Try growing a quality pot plant on that...
considering the requirements of a tropical plant unless you live in the tropics the system will run you about $150,000 because it needs constant irrigation, temperature, and UV lighting "A genius throws a Molotov cocktail and soon realizes that he's going to die choking in a maze of smoke and flame. I have done it twice.
First time I grew a nice small shrubbery of a plant (topped it and trimmed it to make is short and fat) that myself and my room mate (at the time) smoked on for quite some time. It was actually some pretty good product. Second time, it didnt go so well...
Check out rollitup.org they have an entire forum section dedicated to using CFL's

Very sad. That really is a beautiful shrub the old folks grew. There should be a permit. Kind of like medical *********. "Ornamental use only *********." |
