Caissa saw much of the universe in her childhood, as her father was a general in the Federation Navy. Like many other military brats, Caissa was accustomed to moving often and finding her own brand of entertainment in environments that were not necessarily frequented by children. As a result, her favorite hangouts were often the bars and bordellos that were in abundance in any facility her father was stationed at. It was in such places that she observed the effect a woman could have and the control and power she could achieve. With her wild dreams firmly in mind, Caissa set her sights on attaining this great power over men, and women alike.
As Caissa matured, tensions within her family grew. Her Father, unwilling to see his only daughter choose a path outside of the military, shipped the rebellious Caissa off to study at the Federation Navy Academy. Caissa hadn't been born and bred on a transport vessel without learning a few tricks, and after "accidentally" poisoning the ship's water supply, she was denied entrance into the Navy Academy. Caissa was placed on a slaver ship that happened to be heading towards her father's current posting. Unfortunately, the ship never arrived at its destination, but was ambushed by the dreaded Kador. Amid the explosions, and glare of missiles shattering on the hull of the ship, Caissa grabbed an unmanned gun port and carefully aimed for the flagship of the enemy fleet. Her aim was true as she sent a spray of missiles, taking out the flagship's warp engines, even as the boarding sirens began to scream. Seeing the pirates materialize in her peripheral vision, Caissa launched herself from the controls and bolted down the lift to the slavesÆ quarters. Thinking that the ambush may have been laid to free these poor souls, Caissa bound her hands in chains even as the cargo bay doors were thrown open. The enemy marched into the bay and began sorting the ôcargoö of human bodies. Some, they released from their bonds, but others were dragged from the bay in their chains. A man approached Caissa and, feigning innocence, she looked up into the dark manÆs face. ôI will take this one,ö he growled, and grabbed her by the hair, dragging her from the cargo bay. Unbeknownst to her at the time, the very man that had her was the disgruntled fleet commander of the vessel she had disabled.
For the next five years of her life, Caissa was kept as a servant and slave of Pevalir Kereka. By the age of 18, Caissa had been as many places as a servant to Kereka as she had when she traveled with her father, and every bit as unhappy and restless. Still she remembered the women sheÆd observed in her youth, and the power and control that could be hers if she dared. With this goal firmly in mind, Caissa set about seeking the means to attract the attentions of Kereka. While serving the masterÆs table, Caissa began to tear her cheap servantÆs clothing in convenient locations, exposing more and more of her voluptuous flesh to the masterÆs view. These damages cost her beatings with the warden, but she noticed that Kereka always watched her eagerly as she bent over his table to serve his roe. Not long after starting this tactic, Caissa was enduring another beating when Kereka entered the slaveÆs quarters. ôWash her, and bathe her wounds. Then send her to my quarters, there is more rewarding work for her to do there.ö
After graduating to the status of concubine, CassiaÆs favors gained her freedom to roam the ship at will. Dressed in her soft veiling, Caissa knew no bars as she explored the ship by day and seduced the master by night. Over the next months, Kereka began to confide in Caissa, relating the events of his droll days, all of which she filed away in her mind, waiting for the opportunity to bolt for freedom. One night, after exhausting the master with her wiles, Caissa put her plan into action. Going to his weaponÆs hanger, Caissa pulled a blade free and walked back to the bed. With the knife at his throat, Caissa kissed Pevalir deeply, waking him. ôWhat the Quafe are you doing woman?ö ôI am buying back my freedom with your life, you scum. My missiles didnÆt destroy your ship, but you cannot dodge this. ***** is never free.ö She sliced into his jugular, then stepped back to watch his unbelieving eyes as the light of life faded from them. Tossing the blade on the bed, Caissa walked to the shuttle bay, where she was a frequent visitor, and slipped into an Ares. Caressing the controls lightly, Caissa quickly keyed in the commanderÆs override codes for the bay doors, simultaneously sending a launch permission command to the main bridge. The Ares left the bay and Caissa blasted into warp drive. Her life of servitude left behind, and her flesh still wet with Kereka'sà blood, Caissa looked forward to exploring her new-found freedom.
