Agents give them. But you can just as well use containers from the market that you can transport.

Station containers are listed under "Deployable Equipment" I believe. That is, if they're sold where you're looking. (the best thing would be to uncheck the "show only available" box at the bottom of the market window, and have a look until you find them.)
Station containers have a huge capacity, but won't fit in a ship's cargo hold. If there are none on sale at your favourite watering hole, the methods mentioned in the previous post are your best option. If you're realy desperate, you can move base.

Before you move base to get a station container, you might want to look at their "features". These drive some players quietly insane.
Some containers have an audit log - so you can see what's been done to their contents - and allow you to lock or unlock items inside them. Sounds useful? It's almost useful. I have a container that I use to store named rat loot. After a while it gets untidy. I want to stack all the items in it. By default, items are locked. So I select all the items, and unlock them. And wait for a couple of minutes while they unlock (which is an achingly slow process). Then I stack them. Then I get distracted by a phone call. I undock, forgetting to relock the items. After another mission I drop some more named rat loot in the container. Each item gets locked by default. But the other items are still unlocked. I now have a mix of locked and unlocked items, which makes it very difficult to do anything with the contents of the container. I rock backwards and forwards in a corner of my hangar, weeping quietly to myself.

You also cant move them from a station as they require 1,000,000 m3 of cargo space ----------------------------------------------- CANADIAN |

I have yet to see Station Containers not on sale at any station I have been to. I have brought my insane must organize everything tick from real life to EVE, and have Station containers everywhere, due to their 1 million m3 capacity. The "unlock item" option is annoying and I hope one day it will auto be unlocked. --------------------------------------------------- (\_/) Is this bunny or Picachu? 1. Whats the point of station containers anyway? Can't you just put everything in your hangar?
2. What do you do with all that low grade crap that you can't sell. Recycle it??
Thanks for any replies

Yes you can recycle it, But when i do combat missions or rat hunting in low sec.space, I loot everything and get alot of good modules for my ships.
I guess it depends on where you go. I'm new also but i've got some great loot. I did recycle all the stuff i got from doing lvl 1 agent stuff. But the loot changed at lvl 2 and 3 agents. For me anyway.

if you want an example of how things are done, see here.
*shrug* The only true motivation any corp needs to it's existance is simply, "loot storage" ______________________ Best darned links ingame and out (backup) |
