Jumpin thro a small system in an interceptor causes 1 instance of it for me.

I've gotten that, but I never though it was a bug. Looks more like an attempt by CCP to stop people from using instas. If you try to leave a system before you could possibly be doing so without using instas, then it stops you. Yay, etc.
Although you can just use the auto-pilot to get around it. =/ ---------------- Haha, stupid monkey! Now I'VE got the Oscar! Enjoy your worthless gun! |

Didn't they "fix" this a few patches?
Come on CCP how hard can it be to add some safe guards so we can only intiate jump/dock when its safe to do so --------------------------------------------------

This bug is caused when you try to jump at a gate before you have fully exited from a jump. Wait until your velocity bar no longer says "warping" befre you try and jump at the gate and you will be ok. This has been throughly tested by myself.
Hope this helps!

Also, to remove any other variants of this bug remove auto lock back target. Set it as 0. I have lost ships to this, CCP reimburse some but not others. It is pretty stupid Mimiru > It'd be a tie, the monkies nerfed pooflinger wouldnt have enough tracking to hit the parrot orbiting him, but the parrot's beak is so small it couldnt break the monkey's fur tanking. |

No, that's another bug. This bug is when you recently had a session change and try to jump - like sometimes when you head back to where you came from with an inty or after making a short warp with an insta right after undocking or jumping into the system.
The way to avoid this bug is to not warp immediately but instead wait a while in the cloaked state. You have to know where you run into the risk of getting this bug to be able to avoid it though.

The Game was never intended for instajumping, Thus you take the risk you make sure your speedo drops.
Rubber banding and Lag can cause gatebug.
you can be locked for a long time should u insta onto a gate and just sit there, only when u approach or activate a module you will be able to be locked,.

That text was added in Exodus along with a lot of other session change timers. Could you please elaborate exactly what you did leading up to this?
Was it the case where you were using instas, and started a jump before you exited warp? You could also check out if you can reproduce that scenario on Singularity to see if your case is fixed. _____________________________ I say hey sky, s'other say I won say, I pray to J I get the same ol' same ol. |

Happens a lot to me and it's 99% sure it's the session change timer from entering the system to trying to exit the system. I can also make it happen by using instajumps, clicking 'jump' just before the ship comes out of warp. The ship just sits there so I press 'jump' again and I get the 'Please wait, tuning to subspace frequencies'
It's like the session change timer is beginning before the actual session change is taking place. The jump is aborted because I'm still in warp but my client is waiting for the session change data (and subsequent timeout) from the server before letting me finally jump.

Oveur, acctually I was using instant yes.
But I wasn't still in warp, my instant even came to short and I was 3km from gate, so I had to get 500m b4 I could jump. Then I got that messages Spawn of the Devil

Too little time between jumpin and and attempting to jump out. -> Timer has not ran out yet. -> You can't jump.
Could this be it >?

There were cases where your timer was restarted, we found some cases and fixed those, but there sure might be more. So many things involve sessions, so only time will tell. We fix them as we get them. _____________________________ I say hey sky, s'other say I won say, I pray to J I get the same ol' same ol. |

99.9% of the time the error as was said before is because people are clicking on 'Jump' or trying to warp to another Bm too quickly.
Just wait for your speed to enter 'normal range'
