Any recommendations? Please don't forget to look over rigs (1vs2)
Focuses: 1. DPS from 50km 2. No priority on being Cap stable (is this even a good idea) 2a. Capacitor Power Relay II doesn't seem to match nor does Large Capacitor Control Circuit. I want to have just the right amount of Cap improving modules. 3. When I save for T2 Hybrid Railguns, do I get 350mm Railgun II or 425mm Railgun II? 3a. Should I have just gone with 425mm Prototype Gauss Gun? |

A few quick points.
First, Sentry Damage Augmentors aren't nearly as nice as they used to be. They stack with DDAs and offer a lower bonus plus carry hefty calibration and drawbacks -- and so usually don't have a place on Dominix builds anymore. You can swap rigs out for more cap or anything else to help you tank. Electronics rigs are also an option.
Oh, and 2xSDAs eat all your calibration anyhow; you're not getting another rig on there if you go that route.
Second, CPRs on active shield tanks are usually a no-go because they penalize shield boosting. I'd highly recommend dropping that for... just about anything. I have a gut feeling you're going to need a co-processor anyhow.
Third, you've fallen into a very common trap of maximizing paper DPS while ignoring applied DPS entirely. All of those damage mods are great and all, but sentries without omnidirectional tracking links (preferably two, preferably T2) just don't shine. Ditto rails; you'll probably need to drop some low slot damage mods for tracking enhancers (given that there's no way in hell you're going to have spare mids for omnis AND tracking computers).
Maybe something along these lines (acknowledging that cap is very tight and T2 guns aren't an option for you yet anyhow):
[Dominix, cheap shield sentry] Magnetic Field Stabilizer II Magnetic Field Stabilizer II Tracking Enhancer II Drone Damage Amplifier II Drone Damage Amplifier II Drone Damage Amplifier II Co-Processor II
X-Large C5-L Emergency Shield Overload I Shield Boost Amplifier II Kinetic Deflection Field II Thermic Dissipation Field II Omnidirectional Tracking Link II
425mm Railgun II, Antimatter Charge L 425mm Railgun II, Antimatter Charge L 425mm Railgun II, Antimatter Charge L 425mm Railgun II, Antimatter Charge L 425mm Railgun II, Antimatter Charge L Drone Link Augmentor I
Large Processor Overclocking Unit I Large Core Defense Operational Solidifier I Large Core Defense Capacitor Safeguard I
Garde II x5 Warden II x5
Navy Dominix just does this gig better. |

For level 3's pretty much anything will work. Level 4's there can be quite a bit of difference on how much tank you will need. I can think of a few level 4's that with that tank you will be warping out. I've tried x20 or so different types of setups and heres what I found works best:
Highs 2x Drone Link Augmentor II 4 x 425mm Prototype Gauss Gun
Mids Target Painter x2 capacitor recharger II Omnidirectional Tracking Link II Afterburner 100mn
Lows 1-3 x Drone Damage Amplifier II Large Armor Repairer II Damage Control II x2-4 Mission Specific Active Harderners
Rigs 1x Large Sentry Damage Augmentor 1x Large Capacitor Control Circuit I 1x Large Trimark Armor Pump
Heres my reasoning:
The Omnidirectional Tracking Link II is really nice to have so is the Target painter. And does make a noticeable difference on DPS.
Running missions without an Afterburner sucks.
Damage Control II is just a little too good not to have.
Large Trimark Armor Pump makes the deadspace repairers shine. With a half way decent deadspace repairer and this rig you can get like an extra 40% repair amount which is huge.
For easy missions add more Drone Damage Amplifiers, for the hard ones substitute with hardeners.
I've found the 425's to be quite a bit better than the 350's. Also you can fit 5x425's on the navy.
I can kill stuff from 5-45 km with Garde II's across the board, for further away use mission specific damage ones.

Umm. That's not what trimarks do. Trimarks increase your total armor amount. I'm going to guess you're talking about auxiliary nano pumps, which add reps per cycle. You could also be talking about nanobot accelerators, which reduce cycle time, thus adding more reps per unit of time but costing proportionately more cap as well.
Neither will get you to 40% though, even with T2 versions. |

Yeah it's the auxiliary nano pump that i'm talking about, haven't looked at it in a month.
The standard T2 Large armor repairer... repairs 800 armor a cycle.
The Core B-Type Large Armor repairer (122 mil in Jita) with x1 auxiliary nano pump is doing 1104 a cycle.
That's a gain of 38%. Pretty cheap for that kind of gain.
