I get a different cap bug. Half of the time my cap indicator does not work. It shows 100% no matter how much cap is being used up.
I can't figure out what is making this happen. There appears to be no pattern.

My guns usually put a mediocre drain on my cap. The other day they were draining my cap after around 10seconds of firing.
It went away when i switched systems.
The cause of this bug needs to be found and removed post haste ________________________________________________________

I have a cap problem as well. My problem is that the capacity indicator does not display correctly and shows more cap in the indicator than I acctually have. I often run out of power with 75% or more of my cap still showing in the dial.
I petitioned the Gm's about this in game and recieved an e-mail that this bug occours when the BIOS clock and the windows clock are out of synch. The GM's assured me that the cap useage and drain are working correctly and that just the display is in error.
They suggested I download and run a programg called clockmon. I start this before I play eve and have it set to check the clocks and to automaticly synch them. For the most part this solved my problems. Why eve uses two different clocks for the cap is beyond me, but at least the workaround they suggested worked for me. I hope this helps....

This may be the cause of some of the other ppls problems as well (undock/warp straight to spawn/run out of cap).
Have noticed this fix though... When you first get in space, double click to get you ship moving in some direction and you cap is 'fixed' (i.e. it is no longer at 0). This is especially noticable when you undock in a shuttle and auto-pilot... almost always run out of cap on first warp unless you do the double click in space.
Agree with Merdius though - please fix this asap... -- Thread Killer

yup, i certainly do =) I used to think it was because merc wingmen seemingly use magical energy neuts on me, but it happens with a bunch of different rats. I also have the same problem with my armor rep...with one set of the same rats i tank forever, with the SAME set of rats my tank is broken.

And yet another "cap display bug" thread. I'll throw in the same link I posted last time showing my Apoc running only a 100ab and showing 0% cap. Please CCP investigate/respond.
