i've camping a system for a few days & noticed alot of noob ships, turns out the tutorial agent IS sending day old noobs into .4's. Personally I think that should stop.

The amarr council has asked infod and beer and kababs to do the annual mimatar cull, it would seem a bunch of minmatar breeding slaves has amassed in the amamake area for a number of years and the population has incresed to an alarming level.
But for me its not about lowering the numbers of minmatar filth in the area its about revenge, my beloved ogre drone that went by the name of twinkle was slain in a sneak attack by these minmatar cross breeds, this drone ment more to me then my corp and allies even my wife and 2 children grew a little jealous of our relationship and since its death i havent been the same pirate/greifer i once was.
We are now building him a bural chapel made of the corpses of the dead slaves, it wont bring him back but it will make me feel a little better

I ran the blockade lastnight in a mammoth jumping INTO Amamake so insta's don't really help you there. It doesn't take a genius to figure out how to survive a blockade. Tairos and I had a good laugh about it (I was carrying only ammo so its not like he'd have gotten anything uber) and we both moved on with our evenings.
If you know what your doing you'll survive pretty much anything in EVE and that's a fact. Be smart about how you travel (don't go trying to be bold with a set of Local's on a Mammoth or IT V and run a blockade), a set of standards or Expanded will do the job for you just as well and if you want to make sure your safe use a scout in a frig. If I'd have lost my mammoth lastnight I wouldn't have screamed considering all it had was about 10k torps and 20k worth of large proj ammo. If I carry anything expensive I make sure the path is always clear first.
It isn't that hard to fly safe in EVE you just have to be smart. Ganking has its place, ganking n00bs is horrible but I've noticed gankers really are in to equal opporunity for all. If tutorial agents are sending n00bs into low sec that's a bad thing, they shouldn't be. Does it suck for the n00b? You bet, it sucks for the ganker too because he has that on his concious (yes some gankers have a concious if they didn't would Gift have mentioned that even he thought it was wrong they were sent to low sec).
That's my two cents on it.

Edited by: Jaisan on 18/04/2005 16:40:40 Sure looks like the mission runners have not heard of scan probes.
Better to work together, clear out the pirate scum, then get back to your missions.
Gank ships, tear like paper.
Covert ops onto the SOB's, then rip em up with your BS buddies :)
I'll be glad to help next time I come back to my agent there.

only thing that would help was if there came like 200 popups saying that you might get ganked if you went there... but then people would complain about the popups

.4 = low sec and able to be ganked. Avoid it if you can't afford to lose the ship or the mods in and on it. It isn't that hard to avoid a gank...seriously...

Please refresh my memory...
If the pirate bs ganks another ship (no war dec) then anyone can attack that person for 15 minutes - correct?
One would think that there would be ganker hunters there too, to wait for the first shot and then hunt the hunter...

You're absolutely right, but thats not what I'm saying - Noobies are getting ganked there that don't know about that kinda thing - I personally had to give 5 n00bs from my Corp instructions to get out avoiding the gank, because they didn't know how to ... People don't enter EVE with an innate understanding of the map or security levels ,if you remember :)

Oh I understand that Skogan. That is wrong. N00bs shouldn't be sent into low sec by tutorial agents at all. I was refering to the other people who were complaining about the gank.
