If any Minmatar systems had fallen previously the LAST time a Matari alliance decided to label LNA as traitors and fret about the Amarr taking advantage of our internal dispute, you might make a strong case. History is simply repeating itself, and as before, once the war blows over and everyone gets their jollies from it life continue on and the Minmatar Republic will be just as strong as ever. During that wardec as well, there were many cries of "but this hurts our people" and "how could you betray the TLF" which never actually translated into any real system loss. Not to mention Bahamut was at the time more than reasonable and made every effort to sort out the dispute, resisting the knee-jerk decision to go to war despite his alliance mates' demands. It was only when there was clear and present evidence that one of his friends had been attacked that he took action. Rehashing tired hyperbole isn't going to convince anyone there is a real crisis generated by this most recent wardec.
While you could argue that this was the case in the past, things are different in this particular situation. With a new stargate slated to be deployed in Isbrabata, and subsequently giving the Amarr a nascent backdoor into Metro, it's not so much about systems falling as not being able to establish full regional control and effectively prepare a defense force quickly enough. Floseswin fell, Aset is next. It'd be great if we could seize it and allocate defense forces to the area before the new stargate is deployed, but that's less likely to happen if we spend our time taking pot-shots at each other instead of making sure all the doors are locked.
Sure, the war between U'K and LNA isn't the end of the world, but this really isn't the most appropriate time or place for it either.

Few doubt LNA's contribution to TLF and the war effort in Kormonen and Kamela. Certainly, LNA has a number of very skilled pilots, whom the Amarr curse upon entering local. But LNA's success has corrupted it's leaders, at the expense of the TLF. It is not so much what LNA has done for TLF, but how much more TLF could be without the hostile and elitist attitude that has permeated across the top ranks of LNA. LNA (and only select corps and individuals in LNA, mind you) is an impediment to TLF reaching it's full potential.
LNA does not fight on the frontlines, but between them, fighting the Amarr then TLF entities as thier mood dictates. LNA's declaration of war on TLF stem from boredom. The attack at Floseswin stemmed from opportunity. To pretend otherwise is to deceive.
TLF continues to purge Metropolis of Amar hiding behind the front lines. U'K continues to aid in this endeavor. You cannot stop us. We will not falter. We come for our people. |

Well, no one from Ushra'Khan has contacted me asking me to request a withdrawal of LNA's war dec; not that they would listen at this point, though I might be able to guilt Bahamut into it. So I supposed both groups will now happily go guns free. A pity.

Perhaps your offer to mediate would have been taken if anyone had any faith that LNA would negotiate in good faith, rather than lying, prevaricating, and using diplomacy as a cloak for aggression. |

Aha, now I see it.
Well, the Imperial Navy's strategy has paid off. Amazing.
By offering little or no resistance, it allows the situation where the Minmatar end up fighting amongst themselves, which gives a lot of support to the Theology Council propaganda that claims the Minmatar are savages that need to be enslaved to save them from themselves.
Genius long term planning by the Amarr Navy. Out-standing. |

Mr. Huruta, you obviously have a better grasp of this subject.
However, while you understand that lust can apply to several desires, you left out the 'entitled' part. It is essential to the definition.
While I'm willing to explain this further, it will be poor manners if I did so, since this thread is not about religion, but about your conflict with the Usha'Khan.

Perhaps your offer to mediate would have been taken if anyone had any faith that LNA would negotiate in good faith, rather than lying, prevaricating, and using diplomacy as a cloak for aggression.
Despite that, it was being accepted with some warmth in the Council, until LNA used the guise of a cease-fire and diplomatic obfuscation to surprise us and drop capitals on an Ushra'Khan fleet while it was in the middle of a Militia-wide joint operation taking an Amarrian Infrastructure Hub.
Discussion of mediation mysteriously ceased on all sides within the Council once that happened.
Now we're just going to be quiet and enjoy the war. Diplomacy is done with. The only way I see to peace now is for the fighting to continue until both sides are satisfied, then perhaps mutual respect will somehow rise from the ashes of war. Perhaps.
Regardless, your offer of mediation was well-taken and appreciated. At this point we simply ask that HUANG maintain their ever-valiant efforts against the Amarr in the warzone. Actually, 8 years ago Ushra'Khan was living in the Heimatar/Bleak Lands area with CONCORD's longest-running mutual wardec against CVA, who were then New Eden's most powerful Amarrian alliance. That was half a decade before the empires mobilized their respective militias.

Why would you declare war on Ushra'Khan? About the only thing they can do and have ever done is sit cloaked and pick off a few pilots here or there.
Wardeccing their allies I suppose would accomplish something, but if they are TLF groups I can see why you would not do that.
LNA has always been the more competant, aggressive, and active of the matari pilots, so to be honest U'K should just do what LNA tells them too.

Wow, where to begin....
LNA and KPP did not even exist when I was in TLF. U'K, as Jessie explained, has been fighting Amarr for 8 years. You are only 2+ years into your pod so you may not quite "get it" but we've been here a bit before you and your corp/alliance. Not that this makes any difference. But "being here from the start" is an empty statement without any real history behind it.
I guess you don't quite get that KPP and LNA have been bullying the rest of the Minmatar militia? I get that. Sometimes we are so blinded by the awe we feel with regards to our brothers in arms that we don't always notice what's going on around us.
Just to let you know: LNA gives "warnings" with regards to behaviour and if you don't follow them then they war dec you. This kind of tactic may work well with smaller corps and alliances but we've been bullied by larger alliances and yet, somehow, still survived.
LNA pulling all the weight? wow, that must have been hard for you? Why don't you take a seat and rest for a bit.
U'K was FW (along with SF and EM) before there was a FW. Don't worry your pretty little head now. You can leave and allow the rest of the militia to do what they do best: Cooperate. We, unlike you, are not here to "take over". We are here to cooperate with the rest of the Minmatar militia in an attempt to free our people from the tyranny of the Amarr Unlike you, we aren't the "heros" of FW. KPP was in militia for years. Every member of KPP. Again you distort the facts for people not knowing better.
UK has not been in militia for years. Now you come back with this and think you can just push people around. You decided to abandon militia in favour of 0.0. Then you self destruct your alliance and reconstitute it come here and create more drama?
I think it is obvious that you guys have serious problems of your own and you seek to draw militia into your fight against the Minmatar people. You dont come for your people, you come to destroy them. You are a treacherous and divisive alliance and operate against the best interests of militia.
