For example:
If I originally fit a ship that i really like, I save it in the ships fitting file, then when I want to build that same exact ship, I can press a Purchase and Fit button where all the items are bought off the market (at what ever the lowest price is) and fitted.
This will single handedly revolutionize the game and the markets. People will pvp more often and buy more products. |

I would be good with a mass fitting tool but I am against eliminating the possibility that people will purchase the non-lowest priced item with some market automation (lowest price purchase tool) You are about to engage in an arguement with a forum alt,-á this is your final warning. |

Doesn't the "buy this type" already default to the lowest sell price on the station anyway?
I would endorse a mass purchasing tool such as this. Give it a window where we can see the lowest prices on the station, with the normal +/- % against the region average and the an ability to confirm or cancel each line.
Maybe it's not HC enough for EVE though, so maybe we just have to HTFU and use the clunky UI :) |

Perhaps make some kind of "purchase this list of items" option, so it's not just for fitting -- it would work for manufacturing and stuff like that too. It could be a menu that shows you everything you're buying, the quantity, the buy price, and the location. It would give you the ability to uncheck items from this list so you could remove them from the mass buy if you don't like your options and/or a button to take you to the market window for a specific item so you can look at price history and all that. If it's really sophisticated, you could adjust the sell order you're buying from on any item you chose. |

I know, I know, just buy a buch of them and pre fit them; screw that. Just let me push a button and everything is purchased and fitted just as it was the first time I did. I truly believe there would be a market surge on ships and modules because I for one would pvp more often if i didn't have to search for the item; buy the item; search for another item; buy another item; and spend the time to drag and drop them into the module slots. This is SO 21st century. CCP, come on!!!! |

this is a good idea... and would add more agility to the game and especially to the economy... Ofcourse there must be the already sugesteed popup window with the prices matrix.... showing for every item the local price, the comparison with the average regional price, the sum and a check box to deselect the unwanted item. and if there is not one at local station/POS/wathever then show the distance too.
Well... this feature would be especially useful inside trade-hubs and also inside alliance stations where there is the official alliance fitting always for sale... and this last option means 30 seconds to deploy a ship as it gets destroyed compared to 30 minutes to buy and refit everything....
