Been a while since I've played seriously, and the last time I was playing learning skills were in the game.
I recently started up an alt account and quicky realized I didn't really know what to do with it. (as I never had an alt account when I played before, and I only ran missions)
I suppose I am asking two questions
1) What is the easiest type of alt account that will benefit me? Easiest being quickest to understand and get started in. I have enough isk to buy almost any skill book/etc.
2) Skill training for the alt character. I'd have no idea what to train to start manufacturing/trading/hauling/etc. Nor how to make money with half of those.
If anyone knows a good quick guide to alt accounts that'd be great.
My apologies if this thread is a bit of a dumb question, just something I can't figure out and having trouble finding someone in my corp who has the time to explain it to me. |

1 alt to light cynos <--something that will make you friends in EVE 1 alt to fly a noctis <--something that will make you ISK
if you're thinking about a higher sp alt, I would consider one that you use to run faction missions (and take huge standing hits)... those missions that drop millions in tags. just... never leave your faction space with that character. basically a faction mission farming alt.
probably basic battleship and weapon system skills. |

Bane,
You can train up an alt for market trading and another for hauling/salvaging. Shouldn't take to long, and if you look around, you'll find some trader guides that can help you, and you can also look into hauling contracts and salvaging your missions if you do that sort of thing. Otherwise, you may wish to elaborate what sort of gameplay your looking for. Hope this helps. ISD Cyberdyne Ensign Community Communication Liaisons (CCLs) Interstellar Services Department |

It depends what your doing with your main account
if your mission running a noctis pilot will be useful, and would also benefit from trade skills
if your mining an orca pilot will be useful, and would also benefit from trade skills
