You mine all the necessary minerals, then put them in your hangar in the station that you have the factory. Then go to the factory, say install and select the BP that you want to build from. It should automatically take the minerals from your hangar and start the build job if you have enough minerals.

That would be wonderful except it won't allow a corporate hanger in the same station as the factory as we have no office there and ofc it won't allow an office as there is no space.
Basically the whole office, hangar, lab, factory scenerio part of the game is a joke. Shame really.

Eh not really. If you don't have a corp hangar, why the hell did you choose the option to try pulling it from one?
Designate an indy char, put the minerals in their hangar and they can build.

Listen turkey! Stop knocking someone that is asking for help and getting frustrated because of the total lack of a manual as 99% of people would know.
If you have something constructive to assist with, then great.
If you know where the holy grail and the eve manual are, then even better.
I love the game. It's not my fault there is a limited manual. At least I am asking questions and not just giving up like others.

It sounds as if you rented a factory but have no Corp Office..right? If that is the case then all your materials will be in your hangar. Just ensure your BP and materials are there, click on the factory slot, install, then follow the steps. Just chose your hangar for input and output.

Few rules not mentioned.
1, Factorys, If its owned by your corp the minerals/bp HAVE to come from a hanger u have acess to. If the factorys is your own then everything needs to be in ur hanger.
2. Corp factorys. They now ask where to take bp from(u need veiw acess as its pust back in the same hanger), Second part its resources(need take option on the hanger), 3rd part is where to put the finished product(any corp hanger, its a good idea to put in one u can take out or at least see), then finally number of runs.
The other general rules about lack of minerals stopping the building still apply.

I can understand your frustration, and would like to pose some simple questions:
Who rented the Factory? -If it was you, then you can use it. Otherwise the person who rented it is the only person who can use it.
If you NEED to make the factory usable by anyone in the Corp, search some the outlying high-security regions, or out of the way stations for office & factory space. You would be surprised at how much is available out there. Also, if your corp has an office at a station that has factories, but none where available, you may want to keep an eye on those factories. I can personally confirm to you that factories in excess of those that are used are being freed up and released to the "Open" pool. Even Laboratories have been freeing up lately.
The ground rules (FYI) for Factory, Lab rentals are as follows:
Individual Rental: Only that person can use the Factory or Lab, and he/she can only rent as many as they have the CURRENT skill to operate. So if you don't have Lab operations (for example) you can not rent more than one Lab. If the Lab or Factory lies fallow (IE is unused) the slot opens up at the end of the rental period and is released to the Open pool.
Corporate Rental: A corporation, on the other hand, can currently rent as many factories or labs as it wants, with the following Caveat Emptor <buyer beware> - if the Factory or Lab lies unused for 1 rental period, the slot will open up, and be released to the Open pool. Anyone in the corporation with the role "Factory Manager" can use the factory, as long as they would normally have the skill to use it. Also, the person doing the run needs at least "Take" access to the corporate hangers which house the blueprints and minerals. *NOTE: a corporate factory/lab can only be established where the corporation already has an office.
I hope this helps you out,
Corwin

Do i need a factory to make blueprint?
Resource is somthing i want to do, if a want to do some resource to make somthing better or make somthing. Can any one explain that for me how it works.

Unless something has changed recently, you can't rent a factory or lab for a corp unless you have an office there.

We have our corp in a stations that have factory, if u right klick on the station its shows factory...Maby we need a offic in a Lab Station?
I can make stuff from blueprint the basic way, when u right klick on a blueprint, klick make...... We can only rent a offic in the station not a factory. Hmmm can only the leader in the corp rent a factory? or can a corp member that have same accsess as leader rent a factory? Have read that corp and singel pers. can rent factory.

wow necro-tasic This is like 3 years old.
The info there is out of date. To manufature simply move the bpo and minerals to a station with a factory, right click the bpo and chose manufacture.

And when it's done, to get it out, click the industry icon in the station services, set the filters to include the job you've made, click "get jobs", and then choose your job and click "deliver".
Man was I confused when I came back to this new system. ___________________________________________
