I'm currently working on another updated version of the application. Hopefully this will be complete within a week or so.
Next to that I've updated my website, it's now possible to sign-up for a service called 'Notify me'. With this service it's possible to get notifications through mail whenever a new update of EVE Online Custom Ship Labeler has been released (other projects will follow in the future). Or, depending on your settings, receive a notification through mail about all current and future application releases developed by me.
Signing up for 'Notify me' can be done here: http://www.iciclesoft.com/notifyme/
Kind regards, Grauth Thorner

Version 1.1.0 has been released! Below the patch notes of this release:
- Added a method to load/save your creations so you can share your creations more easily and edit them at a later stage. - Gave users the choice to apply the shiplabel for non-npc-corp players only (used to be the default) or all players, including those in an npc-corp. - The outputted XML-file is now easier to read by humans, because of added newlines and indentations. - Added ease-of-use for some UI-elements (for instance, pressing enter when picking a color now picks the color as well). - Minor UI changes, including a fresh info-button (Yay! That blue one was so 2013!). - Fixed a bug where some graphics would visually overlap other graphics. - Fixed a bug where using the 'Replace color' component gave a false warning.
Bugs fixed thanks to Relnaya Paakh: - Fixed a bug where the wrong slash was used for MAC-users when exporting the XML-file. - Fixed a bug where the fontsize wouldn't represent itself correct in the example and in-game.
Thanks to Relnaya Paakh for reporting these bugs so they could be fixed!
I hope you guys enjoy the new release! Kind regards, Grauth Thorner

Just a reminder: If you like the application you can always make a donation in ISK to me to show your appreciation. In case you are not sure about how much you should donate, try to estimate how much time you saved by using the application compared to writing the xml-file/yaml-file yourself in hours. Devide this by two and multiply it by the amount of ISK you generate per hour. This way your time saved is shared equally between you and me based on your ISK/hour rate.

Is this application available for non-ship labeling such as MTU's, Mobile Depot's? I haven't used it yet so I am inquiring based on a hook theory that if it does allow me to label my non ship items then considered me landed.
Will other players be able to see the ship labels as well or is just a first person viewing? |

I have also added your tool to my site under the Essential Pilot Tools section - http://thehighprotectorate.hyperboards.com/index.php Yes it does work for mobile tractor units and mobile depots! =) it basically works for anything owned by a player.
Only you will be able to see the shiplabels according to your creation, other players will only be able to see their own design(s), or ofc the default settings.
Thanks for adding it to your forum

Very nice.
For those who might be a little wary about downloading a PDF file from the internet; For 500k ISK each I will custom label any ship you want with any label you want. Contract the ship, or ships, to me with the desired custom label(s) in the description. As this is a new service I'm providing and I don't know what the order load will be like set the contract for 7 days to ensure that I don't disappoint someone if I'm not able to get to the contract on the same day.
It will be a pleasure doing business with you all.

No - was too wary. Transferred 500k ISK to myself and contracted the desired label names and hulls. Excellent service, very quick and precise. 10/10 would use again.

Hi Grauth,
Can you help me?
Having 2 issues here, see image.
http://i.imgur.com/S1LF7Wi.png
1. I can't get the distance text to align with the other text, it's like there is a space there. I noticed it in your pdf also, but it seems like somewhere along the way you fixed it. On page 13 the distance text, under the ship type, seems to be a little to the right.
2. Whenever I view a drone or cargo container or something like that, the distance changes to the color of the ship type and jumps up, when it should be underneath.
Here is a pastebin of the xml. http://pastebin.com/xMtP5wmr

Here is a pastebin of the xml. http://pastebin.com/xMtP5wmr Thanks Hey dosomeflips,
The closest I could get is this: http://pastebin.com/XeQi1QKs
1. The distance is indented by the client, because in a normal situation it's all shown on a single-line. To fix this I started every other line with a space which makes the alignment better. (not perfect, but it's as close as you can get).
2. Sadly enough the only fix for this problem was to switch the ship name and the ship type components. The ship name isn't used by the client on containers/drones and such, so the colors and newline tags aren't shown either.
The pastebin file has both of these changes. Hope this helps, Grauth Thorner

Strange, you are the first person to mention this so I guess something went wrong with the export. Should you, or anyone else, come across this bug, please send me the exported xml-file and I'll fix it.
