I am Lord Rakash Rekasi, Holder of the estate of Sarakhi on planet four of the Nandeza solar system in the Khanid Kingdom. I come to this forum with a request of my fellow Holders and other faithful willing to take up the sword of holiness and judgement; namely, that a Khanid woman who goes by Riesuleah Hadah be returned to me. She escaped my grasp five months ago due to a foul trick played upon me by a deceitful "businessman" by the name of Aworzu Krahdan, who apparently "transferred" her illegally to Modern Finances, who then allowed her to find her way to a Matari terrorist known as Tarunik Raqalth'Qui. The Matari then attemped to free her from her obligations to her righteous Holder and liege in addition to spiriting her away into unknown space.
Of course, I would prefer that she be returned alive, and for that, I offer a reward of ten (10) million ISK for her capture and safe return. Barring that, the ten million ISK reward will be paid upon the safe receipt of her severed head (or, alternatively, her frozen corpse) as her escape was both a violation of Kingdom law and God's holy Scriptures. Furthermore, fifteen (15) million ISK is being placed on her as a reward for anyone of the Faith who can punish her for her heresy.
As to the Matari terrorist who aided and abetted her escape, he is also receiving a bounty of fifteen (15) million ISK, available to any and all who seek to challenge him in open combat, exposing him for the cowardly heathen he is.

We could put double or 10x the amount on your head Lord Rakash Rekasi out of boredom. If money is the motivator, you're not even close to catching interest. If Faith is what you hope shall drive the capture of this person, you're in the wrong forum. |

As I understand the law, if she's still within Amarrian space, she's your legal prey. If she's made it outside that space then she's not even legally a slave anymore.

If you, with all the wealth and power of a capsuleer, can't keep a slave...

Actually Tuulinen-haan, from what I understand his prey is a capsuleer, which would mean she is completely and utterly outside of his reach. The most he could do is temporarily inconvenience her. Which makes his plea all the more pathetic. She could probably put 10 million ISK on his head, every day, without significant financial hardship.
In other words Lord Blowhard, it sucks to be you.

You know, I believe Saede is right - the Yulai convention doesn't really provide for the concept of enslaved capsuleers. |

10,000,000 ISK for one slave? ONE slave?
*checks local market*
Standard slave goes for about... hmm... 700 ISK. For 10,000,000 ISK you could buy enough slaves to start your own city.
So I am thinking that there something you're not telling us, here. EvE Forum Bingo |

A quick registry check indicates that this individual is a capsuleer, who has been active for months. I am sure there is a story behind this sudden claim of ownership..
I expect that Ms. Hadah's cloned state places her soul beyond your grasp in any case. My theology is maybe not as good as it could be, but I do not think there is any spiritual purpose to demanding that one labor after their death. To be a Holder is a burden that one takes on to tend, uplift, and enlighten the souls those under their care. A capsuleer has died, and that opportunity has passed. The request appears petty, and not becoming of one of your station. |

I hope I do not have to find the nearest Khuma'ak to beat that point into Rakash's head with, along with a few others, mind you... |

Isn't there some Amarrian belief about literally nothing happening that is not the will of God? Now, I don't personally believe your god exists and I have a fairly strong basis of inductive logical evidence to back up that belief, but assuming that your god does exist, surely Ms. Hadah's escape from your service and ascent to capsuleer status was God's will? Let's not clutter this legal matter up with issues of faith, Andreus. Isn't it enough that this 'reclaiming' is against the laws of Man without bringing the laws of God into it? |

Whoa hang on a second... Modern Finances is a Caldari company. How did she get "transferred" to a Caldari company? They don't allow slaves within their borders, and they certainly don't accept contracts of ownership for them even when operating within our own own space. Indentured servants maybe, but certainly not slaves.
And who is this Aworzu Krahdan, anyway? It seems that is someone that needs to be brought to justice as well. Selling slaves outside of the Empire is strictly forbidden, regardless of whatever their real motivations are. Rogue slavers have no more friends in the Empire than they would in the Republic. And someone in Modern Finances had to be in on the deal. I'm pretty sure that the State would be very interested in finding out who this traitor is - because they really are a dealing in slaves (a big no-no in the State) or they are only pretending to in order to spite the Empire (which, being the State's ally, would result in a loss of face for the State... also a big no-no). Someone is looking at a seppuku ceremony either way. EvE Forum Bingo |

Someone is looking at a seppuku ceremony either way. As I was the recipient of the article of debt that Ms. Hadah was (apparently) attached to, I suspect that all Modern Finances was aware of was the debt article as a financial obligation, not the attached Khanid; the article was worded in an obtuse and awkward way, that much is certain.
As to Mr. Krahdan, I have raised this matter with my contacts in the Empire and State. |
