The Spoon is not Edible.
However, the size and material of the Spoon is Important, relating to such things as the specific heat capacity of the Spoon, and the temperature of the Ice Cream.
It can alter the Taste of the Ice cream slightly. The Spoon will heat up when it is in your Mouth, and cool down when in the Ice Cream. These temperature changes affect the Texture and Taste. |

It doesn't have a name per say, but one of my slave families makes this wonderful fried sweet bread. They have shared the recipe with others, but it never comes out right unless they make it. Must be a secret ingredient. Either way I remember as a child they always made sure me and my sister knew when they where making it, which was a rare treat.

Take one anslo. Cut the nads off. Keep theose throw the rest away. dip the nads in egg wash seasoned flour more egg wash and flour. Deep fry in oil till golden brown. Eat with scotch.
I suppose we could use that annoying bumper clown who seems to think he''s revelant.

Damn, Anslo, what did you say to annoy this many women?
For my money? Peshorkies. spiced meat, fried until it's dripping and then wrapped in a thin shell of pastry and baked until crispy. Served just when the juices are starting to soak through.

Oh, one of the things that I absolutely love to eat is Jin-Mei stir-fried beef with peppers and mushrooms. You need to be careful because some street vendors use low-quality meat, but if you can find a proper restaurant that fries the beef in the traditional rice vinegar and plum gin sauce... just can't beat that taste! No question that meal's fit for a Sang Do.
Mind you, I'm not such a bad chef myself, and I'm well-versed in the recipes of my Intaki heritage. I cook up a mean chicken and potato curry when I'm in the mood, although it never tastes as good if I can't source dadaayaa and spirit peppers straight from the homeworld. Mane 614

There is a traditional stew dish passed around my Sept thats amazing. I do believe I could live off of the broth alone.
That said, few things are better than a good steak, medium rare, preferably from an animal you brought down yourself.
And while I would never dream of eating one, Scrawny Easily Aggravated Gallente Males make for fine toothpicks afterwards. |

Anyway, if I have locusts, I prefer them fried with wild bee honey, fresh from the hive. Simple, yet unbelievably good. But really, if I had to pick the one dish I couldn't live without, I'd always take pomegranate soup with yellow split peas, mint leaves, and the secret assortment of spices and other ingredients, as per family recipe. |

Yes, it's always easy to know how far from Aridia you are by gauging how many times you have to send the dish back saying "No, really, i'd like it to be spicy, this is bland." And then half the time they try to just sprinkle the pepper on top after they've cooked it, which isn't even remotely near to the same. Really playing up the accent seems to help a bit. |

I should really give out a better recipe. Oh to follow in Lady Haletes shadow is a good thing. *gently prods Anslo*
There is three parts to this recipe. First the stuffing. Second the sauce. Third the rolling and baking.
First step, Take a normal stuffing mix and add in what ever ingrediants you like. I use Ni-kunni peppers, Caldari curry spices, And a few veggies. After mixing set aside.
Second step. I prefer a heavy Matari scotch sauce. In a pan add brown gluscose...aka sugar, water , honey, couple bottles of the matari Scoch. Reduce for three hours or how long to desired thickness.
Third step. Roll our three pounds ground meat. Venison or simple cloned vat meat is fine. *Waves at Saede* Spread the stuffing mixture on the meat. Then gently roll the meat into a log. Place in a cooking dish on a rack. Cover with the sauce and bake till done. I prefer to baste with more sauce.
Serve with fresh bread and Scotch. Don't forget rest of sauce can used as a dipping sauce for the bread.
Enjoy Misha. Not as innocent as she appears.Gäó -á |
