Question is pretty much stated what is the re-spawn times of these. In a fully upgraded system you may never run out of anoms or sites that need to be probed. But I am finding that in my current system I am getting maybe 1 anom a day, and the only site that needs to be scanned down was scanned 3 days ago (don't currently have the ship i want run it).

They respawn immediately - though almost certainly not in the same system thus you have to go searching - that's the benefit of the upgrades - the respawn is in the system. |

What you asking doesn't make any sense. if you are in an "upgraded" system getting one anomaly a day, you aren't in an upgraded system lol. Thee is no such thing as a "non-upgraded anom", "systems" are upgraded, not cosmic anomalies or cosmic signatures.
Systems with military upgrades will spawn multiple static anomalies that you scan down with your onboard scanner and in some cases cosmic signatures that you scand own with probes. Even the lowest of the low true sec systems if upgraded will spawn more than one anomaly. Once you complete an anomaly in an upgraded system, it will despawn and another of the exact same type will spawn elsewhere in the same system.
Non-upgraded 0.0 systems may or may not have cosmic anomalies (I call them "natural anomalies")or cosmic signatures in them. Since the upgrade schme began, many people have stopped doing the "natural" anoms all together and you can find 0.0 systems with like 20-25 anoms in them. Once you finish a "natural" anomaly or signature/plex , it despawns and is supposed to spawn somewhere else in the same constellation. The natural anoms and signatures are still a great resource for when an upgraded system is camped/unavailable.

Yes, Upgraded systems have static anomalies that respawn in the same system. these systems are garanteed to always have anoms at a rate dependant on the true sec and level of upgrade.
A non-upgraded system will only get the random anoms. once completed a random anom has very little chance of respawning in the same system. A non-upgraded system could have many anoms or none it is all random. Once an anom is completed in a non-upgraded system it is gone. when more anoms spawn in that system and how many is random. The lower the true sec the high chance you have of getting higher end sites, but it is still random. Much like sleeper sites as you said. |
