Hello all. I can't seem to find the answer to this question so I'm going to ask here.
I stopped playing Eve about 2 years ago and have recently started again. The bulk of items in my inventory are stored in a station that I'm no longer allowed to enter. How do I get those old items back? They include some important BPs and ships that I would like to have back.
Any helpful ideas would be welcome. Thanks all! |

Get into the alliance that currently holds the Outpost. There is nothing else you can do.
Edit; Or maybe get a courrier contract to get it out of there. |

If you train up marketing to level 1, you can fly to that system and sell your stuff on the market remotely. Just cloak up in a safe and put the stuff on the market.
Selling fitted ships via contract is also an option. You may even be able sell all your stuff at a better price that it would cost to replace it in high-sec. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZTzA_xesrL8 |

Ok, thanks all. I figured it was gonna be tough. So I can't even get into the station and attempt to sneak out? :-) |

Most alliances allow +5 corps/alliances to dock at their stations. So if you can't get into one of corps for the alliance that owns the station, try one of their blues or renters. EveSkunk has info compiled for most of the standings of most alliances. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZTzA_xesrL8 |

Probably the easiest solution is to fly to the region and slap everything you have there onto the market.
Or you could try to negotiate with the locals for station access. I'd suggest bribing them! But you risk them setting a nasty trap!
Or contracts! |

Infiltration in the name of recovering stuck assets can quickly turn into infiltration for other purposes. This is EVE - Everybody Versus Everybody.

Depends on who owns the station, but like other people said:
- Join the corp/alliance that owns the station
- Join a corp/alliance that is friendly to the station owners, and can dock
- Create a courier contract with sufficient collateral required, to haul your stuff out
- Dock at a nearby station, and remotely sell your items on market/contracts
- Find an old friend who has a jumpclone there still, or might be part of the new alliance and get them to help you
- Get the station managing corp to temporarily set you blue (Unlikely, but I have had this done for me in the past, just make sure you have a scout near the undock to watch for sabres and such, and dont undock till it's quiet in system)
- Write your stuff off, till you can recover it more easily someday
- Be part of an alliance with plans to take over the station

If the corporation in question has any sense, they don't allow courier contracts out of there station for non corp or alliance members.
Contracting the stuff to move may not be an option for the OP. Nor would I be willing to negotiate with the station owner. That sounds like the most efficient way to give away all your stuff.
Good luck. |

I had the same thing happen to me. I had a firesale and marked everything to about 3/4 of what it was worth. I sold it in a few hours. End of problem. |

A friend and corpmate was in a similar situation, with a clone in the station.
The only ship of value was I think a Covetor, which back then had a decent amount of cargo. He loaded it up with all his valuable possessions, and headed to hisec just for laughs, and fully expecting to be podded as soon as he undocked.
He made it all the way back to hisec, despite landing in some bubbles at gates. |

You could ask the owners if one of their members or friends would be interested in courier contracts, at least to haul the best stuff to the nearest npc station of their choice. That might be safest.
Maybe the station owners would be willing to allow you temporary access for some ISK, or if you offer them a nice ship or blueprint.
You could ask in the "Haulers Channel" chat channel if any of the haulers in there are blue to the station owners. You never know who might have the right connections. |

It probably won't be hard at all. Figure out who owns it, look them up on EVESkunk to see if you can determine their blues, and start applying (especially apply to renter corps because they'll take anyone). This is EVE - Everybody Versus Everybody.

I'm in a similar situation as well. Just started playing again after 2 years. I managed to move most of my assets out of null sec, but still have a couple hundred million isk in assets in various 0.0 stations I can no longer enter.
My plan is to put contracts up for ships. Everything else I will probably have to fly near station in a cov-ops and sell on market.
I think an easier option would be to estimate the value of all assets then set up a courier to Jita with a collateral noticeably less than the value. In a few days you may get a journal entry for a failed courier contract and notice an instant influx of cash. No listing everything on market, no flying many jumps in and out of null sec. Sacrifice some value, but worth the time/effort savings. And if someone actually runs the contract, even better! |

Again, thanks all! I sure appreciate all the suggestions. I'll have to join one of their renters I guess. Guess I'll just leave it for awhile and work on something else. :-) |
