Here I thought the answer was because the sister was recently transgendered and was actually the man that the killer met at the funeral. When the killer found this out she murdered her sister out of rage and embarassment. |

PMS? Seriously, no one guessed the old staple go to answer of PMS?
What kind of anachronistic male chauvinist condescending patriarchal misogynistic attitudes are they teaching kids in schools nowadays? Back in my day, "That Girl" was considered a piece of liberal hippie society destroying communist work of the devil!
On a side note, why did the subject have to be a female in the OP...? Stereotype much? Would it have worked if it had been a guy who fell desperately in love and was psychopathic enough to murder his sibling? Given that the male population tends to produce significantly more psychopaths, I find it odd that a female psychopath was used. And why was the victim another female? Is it easier to accept violence against woman? Or would it have been too difficult to believe that a woman could murder her brother (where brother = male patriarch and murdering a patriarch implies societal rebellion?)

It would be more easy to just grab a person and tell them a word , under the knowledge of it being a test, over 100 times, then asking them if they thought of the color red when asked. Inner Sayings of BrujoLoco: http://eve-files.com/sig/brujoloco |

Writing the protocol for *that* study would be entertaining.

There could be no competition for getting in the way between her and her man; her sister was one such competition and if he even so much as glanced her way, she's dead. She can have him and only him. He can have her and only her.
- So I read someone's answer, and then I re-read the "could not find after the funeral" part.

IIRC this was a historical test from the early 40s, of course it won't stand DSM criteria, mostly because it was created years before even DSM-I.

So theres me after page 1 thinking "It didnt make sense, why kill, need more info CANNOT COMPUTE" and "Hooking up at a funeral and falling in love on the spot, just like that, what a skank"
Then I read "Most sociopaths find this question illogical as the rest of us ponder a whole range of other possibilities"
I find both the link and the question, questionable, I have a cat who I treat like royalty, I dont eat meat and my carbon footprint is smaller than your *****. Who do I have to kill to make people understand that!

That my dear lady capsuleer that is probably a hairy man in RL is one of my most often quoted sentences when dealing with people in my line of work.
Best use of that quote was by Terry Pratchett when our poor hero visits Hell and the road to it has bricks with extremely good excuses engraved on them for the sake of being right and proper on the hell "motif" Inner Sayings of BrujoLoco: http://eve-files.com/sig/brujoloco |
