Quote: Q: Will the Kali preview be made available online for those people who cannot attend the Fanfest?
A: Yes, but at a much later date. This is a sneak peak for the attendees only.
From the Q & A about the 2004 Fan fest. Since its been a while, are we still expecting a Kali preview, or have CCP forgotton? (or am I just missing something?). -----------------------------

Not much on it yet, and it is still a work in progress, but here is the unofficial Kali page.

Well they were supposed to be in Exodus. And stuff. I can't get amazingly excited about them

I know what you mean but if they were to activate these it would provide an opportunity for the Krusual Minmatar line and Udorian Ammar line to be introduced alongside them...
I'd love the Krusual to be ingame tbh. Not sure what the Udorians would be like - not as much about them in the background. (It could be argued they are subgroup of the True Amarr - which is certainly how they are represented atm - see Tash-Murkon Family)

Maybe I should cancel my subscription for the next 4-5 years so I can give the money to the airlines, hotel, car rental etc... instead of to ccp so I can see the video.

The who and the who?
Yeah, guess I should've linked...
Krusual are one of the three Minmatar tribes described here alongside the playable Sebestior and Brutor tribes. That the Krusual got a mention there suggests that CCP had it in mind to make them a playable bloodline as there are other Minmatar tribes: notably the Thukker, Starkmanhir, Vherokior and the Nefanter.
The Udorians are a people that were conquered by the Amarr on the Amarr homeplanet of Athra a very long time ago in the storyline before the Amarr got back into space. See timeline. As they come from the same planet as the 'True Amarr' and were conquered so long ago, they are very strongly assimilated into Amarr society - to the extent that following the Khanid breakaway the Udorian Holder family of Tash-Murkon was elevated to the status of an Heir Family.
Doesn't have to be these bloodlines of course but I guess I'm saying that all 4 'starter factions' should get a third bloodline of some kind.

Thanks for those links. I didn't think I remembered those groups from the chronicles, now I know where you're getting your info. I agree with you, it does make sense to give all 4 races new bloodlines at some point.

Kali? J.H.C. what about the content that was supposed to be put out with Exodus release? You know, all the content that was feature locked that had dev jobs tied to making the release? Some promise....nearly 9 months later, and still waiting for that freaking content... ------------------- |
