This would be possible via a interface much like the POS password system, a window opens and you type in the characters name you want to allow to use modules on your ship. This would allow further interaction between corps in highsec. |

Why don't you just use the modules instead of getting them to? this allows you to actually pilot and interact, they use the ones on their ships, still interacting.
Or, if I'm not understanding what you mean could you give an actual example of how your mechanic would work? ... |

For instance if a not logi ship was providing you cap and would be cap stable if it had a nos or 2 taking cap back from the receiving ship |

I believe what he's saying is that there should be a method for pilot A to activate pilot B's modules. I disagree completely (if that's the case, correct me if I'm wrong). Aside from the coding issues with having two pilots using the same modules, this would take one pilot's skill out of the question and make them just a puppet to another pilot, whether willing or not. For example an alpha tier 3 fleet could simply have a insta-lock ship handle their targeting and they could fit only tracking computers. While this would be feasible in reality, in-game it would be extremely overpowered. |

This works fine in low sec. Also, apparently the dueling system would also solve this problem.

No no no :)
I mean if pilot B had modules that were deemed as aggressive, such as NOS modules then to activate them on pilot A in highsec would tag you as a criminal and get you concorded. However NOS modules can also be used to create a stable cap transfer between 2 non-logistical ships. as pilot B can give cap and then take less back making (in some cases) your ship to be cap stable. Therefore using them in a non-aggressive stance outside low/null sec is impossible without involving aggression mechanics or concord.

Wouldn't it be easier for you to do these things outside hisec, than change the game around you?
Not all the game features can be offered in the starter area.

Have you tried to use cap transfer instead?
For other uses of this 'feature' I agree with opinion that duelling option should suffice. |

Couldn't you avoid this just by joining the same corp?
Pretty sure when I was testing a tank on one chars ship outside a hi-sec station by shooting it I didn't suspect flag. ... |

Yes, I have accidently shot my corp mates dozens of times without CONCORD intervention. Being in the same Corp would solve this. |

When the feature comes out early next month... just start a duel with them, and then you can use aggressive modules on them without getting concorded...
The current workaround is to have them steal from a can, become a suspect, and then you can also use aggressive modules on them without getting concorded (although so can everyone else currently). |
