Billing for Eve is set up as an automatic renewal. If you have any questions about billing, please visit the Eve support site at http://support.eve-online.com or send an email to [email protected]

Corwin: Please note that the Account Management website is broken for some people. I cannot change my payment type to credit card - I keep getting "unexpected error" messages from the server. It has been almost four days for me, and more than two WEEKS for some other people. It is nearing the point where I'll have to spend over $50 CAD more just to pay my two subscriptions with a money order and overnight delivery - something I should not have to do. "Support has been notified" is always stated in the error messages.. but is anyone actually doing anything over there?
When poor management makes it difficult to even pay the company for their product or service, I begin to worry. |

That is a very good question, please file an official bug report (yes the bug report tool can also be used to report bugs about the website). Please explain what OS, version of which browser, and any other information you would think as relevant to the problem. This will help them to fix it.
If you email [email protected] I'm sure that they can try to get the billing set up for you properly. Or otherwise help out with the problem your having. That's what they are there for. --------------------------------------------------
