Hello EVE,
If you use spreadsheets to help you analyse financial things in EVE you may find this of interest.
I have created a tool, just for personal use really, but which I thought I would share with the community in case someone else might find it useful.
IGÇÖve called it EvEX (short for EVE Excel, IGÇÖm not hugely imaginative) and its a Microsoft Excel Extension which provides some useful (I think, anyway) EVE related functions. You can do some of this stuff already in Google spreadsheets using ImportXML, but I find this a bit simpler.
Once installed, it provides formulas to:
- Get buy and sell order prices for items
- Get Item, Region and System idGÇÖs
- Get Item volumeGÇÖs (in m3)
The full readme is here for further info (hosted on mega.co.nz): Readme Download (PDF, 108kb)
You can download the plugin here (hosted on mega.co.nz):Plugin Download (ZIP, 696kb) details on how to use it are in the readme.
If you like it (or don't), or think of further things I could add (or can't), feel free to contact (or mail) me in-game.

Hmm, sorry about that. I have not tested on 64 bit Windows with Excel 32 bit.
I have added 32 and 64 bit specific versions. I *think* you'll need the 32 bit version as you're running Excel 32 bit. Give both a go though.
32 Bit (x86) 64 Bit (x64)
Cheers. |
