In a bid to provide expanded Roleplay options and to give squads more choice I think that there should be more than just corporations. Corporations by definaition in real life are there for one reason - to make money. This seems to mean in EvE that people tend to ignore other RP options with the exception of piracy available within the general playing capabilities of EvE. I therefore propose some new organistational structures.
1) Corporations - expand the current corporation base to give manufacturing and mining benefits to corporation members. By defacto allow any race in - the multi race skills are removed.
2) Factionalist Squadrons - Can only recruit members of the race that the creator is a member of. Members can only pilot vessels from that single race. 5% bonus to ship bonuses. Can claim space in the name of their race. In doing so police will protect people in that space in the same way as normal space. All factionalist squads are automatically allied to other ones of the same race and at war with ones of other races - thus police won't interfere with battles over areas.
Rebel tribes - Encompass any type of rebel from smugglers to pirates. provide mechanisms for smuggling and blackmarket etc. Lose ability to clone ( as cloning is a concord/race system - which benefits pilots so they wouldn't support rebels ) and can only insure ships with blackmarket companies at inflated rates. Must be a Rebel tribe to pirate etc.
Mercanary groups - multi factionalist combat groups. Some combat bonus. Guns for fire, bounty hunters etc. Ability to clone/insure depends on who they've shot etc.

The main idea behind this is to expand Roleplaying, make races have more of a play and probably enhance PvP combat by actually having a reason for it etc.

This is a damn fine idea. It's the first new thing I've seen in the Idea Lab in a while.

Good idea, similar to the different types of nations in shadowbane but if it was implemented one would have to make sure that there is a huge benefit to not making an Any Race corp or everyone will just make those..

Well pirates would be forced to create rebel corps. They might get some pirating tools but in the main it makes it obvious what they do and is RP sound.
The other types would have bounuses and, more importantly, are very RP sound. So people WILL create them ( even without bonuses ) because it suits their RP. A loyal Amarrian defender would choose a factionalist corp because he wouldnt' be seen dead with a gallaente for example. In doing so he'd be flagged as a member of an Amarrian Squadron ( for example ) which get's away from the 'corporation' tag which I feel is the biggest hinderence atm.
