Edited by: Ortu Konsinni on 02/08/2005 21:51:40 Neutrons will be a ***** to fit, while Electrons and Ions are two viable options that people use. Protons just don't exist, sorry.
Typical setups: 5 Heavy Electrons II 1 Med Nosferatu II OR 5 Heavy Ions II 6th slot = empty
1 10MN MWD (YT-8 Overcharged or T2) 1 Webber 1 Warp Scrambler/Warp Disruptor/Sensor Booster/Cap Recharger
1 Med Armor Repairer II mix of damage mods, armor hardeners, capacitor power relays
You'll want to use antimatter ammo in almost all cases.

Isn't the Deimos just an all out damage HAC, heard tanking it isn't all that good, just use the basic resistance of what it has and just put all the cash in the damage?

Deimos is ment for damage but doesn't mean u can't half ass tank it to give you a few more seconds.
I've run with 5x Ion t2's with a small nos in the high slots, mid well AB 2 or a MWD 2 with webbers/scramblers lows armor rep, 2 hardners, 3 damage mods or 2 damage mods and a nano to get more speed.
Truely its not that horrible and it still deals great damage with higher end skills, but its your total preference on what you want to suprise your enemy with :) --------------------------------------------------- Ummm ya.... |

strength of deimos is dmg output but you have to last long enough to get close enough to use that strength... if you don't tank at all you won't - but if you go for full tank you might not have enough dps to kill the enemy fast enough... so finding the balance is the key

you cant do that much against a interceptor when its orbiting outside webrange if you have blasters...
i dunno if 100m3 of drones can scare a inty away....
