...and cap skills aswell
you might say that for shield tanking, you need the same skills that you need for armour tanking, bar the mechanic skills, plus the skills that have shield in the name.
BUT, i's also true that shield tanking benefits from armour skills, because it increases the survivability of the ship, by providing that extra bit of armour before entering in hull damage.
same can be said for armour tanking skills. having a large shield as a buffer, can be good for your armour-tanked ship. -------------------

I was going to say all the usual engineering skills but considering she said she was switching from armour tanking, she most likely has them already. ------------------------------

Engineering: 5% powergrid Energy Systems Operation: 5% cap recharge rate Energy Management: 5% cap capacity
Energy Grid Upgrades: 5% cpu need (for cap recharger, cap recharger II, ...) Energy Emission Systems: 5% cpu need (for nosferatus, ...)

They are engeneering skills,
They all start with shield, the only one to skip is the shield emmision as that is only usefull if you are going to use shield transfer modules.
Don't for get to train the energy skills as well shields eat cap and quite a bit of it when active modules are fited. Besides that anything that will give you more CPU is very handy indeed all shield modules love those clock cycles so anything that helps your CPU is usefull.
To awnser the next question that will come eventualy, Tactical shield manipulation works and it does as the skill says when your shield is low damage can and will bleed thru your shields to your armor, tactical shield manipulation will reduce the chance of this happening.

Do you have to fit shield hardeners to be able to benefit from that skill? Or does it also work without shield hardeners?

Actually Energy Emission Systems reduces CAP need for Energy Nuetrilzers only (since Nosferatus use 0 cap) 5% per level.
